When buying glasses, i was told that i had a 12 warranty on them. Not once was i told that i had to pay for that warranty. I didn't know it until I received an email to register. Y glasses.

AllState is now very difficult to get anything resolved after the 60day in club warranty but you have not other choice when glasses are easily $500.00.

I ordered prescription glasses on Oct 30, 2025. I also ordered the Allstate 1 year insurance. The problem is they started the insurance that day but I didn’t get the glasses until 2 weeks later!!!

I only purchased this upon picking up my sunglasses and really hope I don't do anything or have anything happen that I need to use it for! Undamaged glasses would be preferable to having to repair or replace.

I ordered my wife a pair of rayban meta glasses. When the glasses came back i noticed the the frame was a little scuffed up. I told this the salesperson, and she didn't respond. So I figured it would just Fingerprints or dirt or something so by the time my wife got by the time I got the glasses home and my wife was out of town. I took a picture and showed her and then she put the glasses on when she got home and she couldn't see out of them at all. Like the prescription wasn't and The Frames, then like the lenses were not the right lenses in the prescription. Then, we found out by the time my wife got home. They put the wrong lenses in the glasses, and they probably broke the frame, by forcing the lenses in the glasses in the wrong way. 😑

I submit a claim in November 2025 on damage frame I purchase 06/10/25 as I already have the Allstate protection plan. Still no information on my claim. Sams Club in Glendale, AZ. provided information on submitting this claim. Not happy with Allstate!

Your staff were just as great as the glasses I am very happy with them them and the eye glasses and would highly refer anyone to Sam's.

I turned in a claim 2 years ago and all i got was a run around. Thought I'd try again. Still might put it on Facebook.

They are incompetent After many weeks they could not provide a good eye glass the ask me if they can refund my money The 3 rd time the tried the lenses is failing out from the frame
