We could not be any happier with the outstanding service we received at the Optical Center recently. Sarah was above and beyond professional and compassionate. We won’t go anywhere else for our glasses because of the unbeatable customer service here.

Great deal for sure! My son scratched his lens and the Allstate insurance covered the cost of replacement lenses. It definitely was worth the cost of the insurance. There was not any hassle filing the claim and we received payment in a timely manner. I recommend getting the insurance.

I shouldn't have to wait for insurance or filing insurance claim to have my product taken care of with nobody else in the world except Sam's does this. This is the one thing I will probably mean I won't go back to Sam's again for my glasses. The product is sound and great for value but this is the one area that doesn't need to be handled the way it is it should be handled in-house with Sam's .

Valuable add on to your eyeglass purchase. Came in handy when I accidentally scratched my lenses. Easily made a claim, and was sent a Sam’s Club gift card to purchase a new pair. Small cost big value.

I was not very happy when I saw this charged on my bill because I did not say I wanted it and I was not asked if I wanted it. I do not usually buy these plans because I take excellent care of my eyeglasses and have never had a problem.

Our delivery was made in the rain in an open box and was left Outside our gate where it is difficult to see. They usually leave it inside the gate my the front door. The cereal box was soaking wet. The cardboard back of the battery package was all wet but it does not appear to have gotten inside to the batteries. Very disappointed.

Linda presented the option of purchasing the protection plan for my new spectacles. She rationally convinced me it was a good idea for my situation and history. Added bon us, she suggested I return in a few months to have her or her colleague inspect my spectacles for covered damage.

I ordered my wife a pair of rayban meta glasses. When the glasses came back i noticed the the frame was a little scuffed up. I told this the salesperson, and she didn't respond. So I figured it would just Fingerprints or dirt or something so by the time my wife got by the time I got the glasses home and my wife was out of town. I took a picture and showed her and then she put the glasses on when she got home and she couldn't see out of them at all. Like the prescription wasn't and The Frames, then like the lenses were not the right lenses in the prescription. Then, we found out by the time my wife got home. They put the wrong lenses in the glasses, and they probably broke the frame, by forcing the lenses in the glasses in the wrong way. 😑

We've been purchasing insurance for our glasses for several years against damage, and about 4 months ago we actually turned in a claim for damages. Allstate required proof of damage, which is reasonable, and paid our claim allowing us to have new lenses make at zero cost to us. Thank you Allstate for doing as promised!

I purchased insurance not knowing I would be having trabeculectomies in both eyes within months. Following the surgeries & post op procedures, a new refraction showed a change was needed to my lenses. Since the same frames were still available, and having no back-up glasses, I was able to get a new pair & thereby have a back-up pair.
