I ordered my wife a pair of rayban meta glasses. When the glasses came back i noticed the the frame was a little scuffed up. I told this the salesperson, and she didn't respond. So I figured it would just Fingerprints or dirt or something so by the time my wife got by the time I got the glasses home and my wife was out of town. I took a picture and showed her and then she put the glasses on when she got home and she couldn't see out of them at all. Like the prescription wasn't and The Frames, then like the lenses were not the right lenses in the prescription. Then, we found out by the time my wife got home. They put the wrong lenses in the glasses, and they probably broke the frame, by forcing the lenses in the glasses in the wrong way. 😑

I did purchase the protection plan, however the start date was listed as the date of purchase, rather than the date I received my glasses. This is not equitable. No coverage is needed while the glasses are being made. The start date should be the date I recieve my glasses from the optician, which is weeks later.

I am loving my new eyeglasses. The style is great, and I have a new professional look. I love the price as well. I had shopped around and found that I did not have to settle on a certain range of site for my progressive lenses. I had purchased from SamsClub's Vision in the past but gave another company a try. I will keep coming back to SamsClub's Vision Center in the future.

I was in need of glasses so I stopped by to get some prices. I was pleasantly surprised to hear there were significantly less than another company. I ordered them and make payment that day! Just to receive a phone call about 25 minutes later to be informed I was charged the wrong price and I would receive a call the next day from the manager. She called the following day and informed me that the order couldn't be made until I paid the difference. We went back and forth on the phone and I eventually asked for the store manager. She put me on hold and when she came back said that she would figure it out and that the order would be placed without me paying the difference. She said we will call you in 7-10 days when they arrive for pick up. Today is 14 days and called to get an update. I was informed that the status is pending and that I will get a call tomorrow with an update. Ironically, I received this review email today. Needless to say, my experience has been bad and doesn't seem to have an end in sight….

No coverage. When questioned how to get coverage, Allstate told me to contact manufacturer. Still waiting for Sam's to help me out.

I like my new lightweight glasses. I can see again. Not crazy about the nose pads, they hurt. I'll see if Sams optical have softer pads

I love my new glasses and love my policy too. Sams club is go to place get everything now.The receptionist who told me about plan was excellent explaining the plan to me.

The staff was professional and helpful however the glasses I selected are painful to wear. I now have to drive fifteen miles to get them adjusted. I was disappointed with the cost as well. I could have gotten the same price from my local provider.

Purchased a pair of eye glasses last year. After several months the lens became very scratched and the frame was loose. I submitted a claim at the advice of Sam's and got a full refund.
