MY LENSES WERE SENT TO ANOTHER STORE. THEY CLAIM THAT THEY WERE NEVER RECEIVED. SO NOW, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO RE ORDER THE LENSES ALL OVER AGAIN!

Protection Plan is presented as 12 months. It is only a 10 month extended warranty as Sam’s Club provides a standard no charge 60 day warranty. Extremely difficult to use the site to activate and never could upload the receipt as required.

Love shopping at Sam's, especially the pickup service. I can shop and buy everything on the Samar app without ever having to go into the store. That is especially valuable to me since I have back trouble and can barely walk.

I had no idea i was purchasing this plan. My actual price for glasses was over 150 dollars more than my estimate. No one seemed to care when i stated that.

Unhappy because I was enrolled in these plans without my knowledge. Nothing was even mentioned about it when I purchased my glasses. I only knew about the charges due to your previous e-mail. When I picked up my glasses and mentioned this the employee seemed surprised and indicated he thought we had discussed this. At that point he did give me a flyer and a brief explanation of "benefits". After discussing the fact that there was extremely minimal warranty without your plan I reluctantly agreed to it. I normally make a point to never purchase warranty plans since I feel them to be usually unneeded and a scam. Employee was a fast talker and was very focused on upselling. We will not be patronizing this particular Sam's Club Optical shop again. We were very happy with our previous purchases and customer service in a different Sams' Club location last year.

Our delivery was made in the rain in an open box and was left Outside our gate where it is difficult to see. They usually leave it inside the gate my the front door. The cereal box was soaking wet. The cardboard back of the battery package was all wet but it does not appear to have gotten inside to the batteries. Very disappointed.

Linda presented the option of purchasing the protection plan for my new spectacles. She rationally convinced me it was a good idea for my situation and history. Added bon us, she suggested I return in a few months to have her or her colleague inspect my spectacles for covered damage.

I purchased insurance not knowing I would be having trabeculectomies in both eyes within months. Following the surgeries & post op procedures, a new refraction showed a change was needed to my lenses. Since the same frames were still available, and having no back-up glasses, I was able to get a new pair & thereby have a back-up pair.

I only purchased this upon picking up my sunglasses and really hope I don't do anything or have anything happen that I need to use it for! Undamaged glasses would be preferable to having to repair or replace.

I ordered prescription glasses on Oct 30, 2025. I also ordered the Allstate 1 year insurance. The problem is they started the insurance that day but I didn’t get the glasses until 2 weeks later!!!
