We've been purchasing insurance for our glasses for several years against damage, and about 4 months ago we actually turned in a claim for damages. Allstate required proof of damage, which is reasonable, and paid our claim allowing us to have new lenses make at zero cost to us. Thank you Allstate for doing as promised!

Linda presented the option of purchasing the protection plan for my new spectacles. She rationally convinced me it was a good idea for my situation and history. Added bon us, she suggested I return in a few months to have her or her colleague inspect my spectacles for covered damage.

I purchased insurance not knowing I would be having trabeculectomies in both eyes within months. Following the surgeries & post op procedures, a new refraction showed a change was needed to my lenses. Since the same frames were still available, and having no back-up glasses, I was able to get a new pair & thereby have a back-up pair.

The person who accepted my order was very friendly and helpful and professional. The person who gave me my order 10 days later was not up to the same standard. I am very pleased with my new eyeglasses.

I only purchased this upon picking up my sunglasses and really hope I don't do anything or have anything happen that I need to use it for! Undamaged glasses would be preferable to having to repair or replace.

Our delivery was made in the rain in an open box and was left Outside our gate where it is difficult to see. They usually leave it inside the gate my the front door. The cereal box was soaking wet. The cardboard back of the battery package was all wet but it does not appear to have gotten inside to the batteries. Very disappointed.

The salesperson told us we received Allstate Protection Insurance with the purchase of our glasses. She never stated that we would be charged for the insurance. We never would have purchased the plan. We bought 4 pair of glasses and had 4 different charges. We found out several days later when we received an email from Allstate thanking us for our purchase with the price charged to our card. The plan starts the day you purchase the glasses and lasts for one year. It took 2 weeks to receive the glasses so why didn't it start the day we received them. Very shady to claim the insurance came with the glasses but never say we would have a charge for almost $140 dollars for insurance we never would have purchased. We won't be purchasing our glasses at the same store next year. Allstate should never start the insurance the day of purchase unless you walk out of the store with the product.

Unhappy because I was enrolled in these plans without my knowledge. Nothing was even mentioned about it when I purchased my glasses. I only knew about the charges due to your previous e-mail. When I picked up my glasses and mentioned this the employee seemed surprised and indicated he thought we had discussed this. At that point he did give me a flyer and a brief explanation of "benefits". After discussing the fact that there was extremely minimal warranty without your plan I reluctantly agreed to it. I normally make a point to never purchase warranty plans since I feel them to be usually unneeded and a scam. Employee was a fast talker and was very focused on upselling. We will not be patronizing this particular Sam's Club Optical shop again. We were very happy with our previous purchases and customer service in a different Sams' Club location last year.

They are incompetent After many weeks they could not provide a good eye glass the ask me if they can refund my money The 3 rd time the tried the lenses is failing out from the frame

When buying glasses, i was told that i had a 12 warranty on them. Not once was i told that i had to pay for that warranty. I didn't know it until I received an email to register. Y glasses.
