I bought this on a previous pair of glasses never thinking I would need it. I did have to make a claim and the process was simple and the claim was promptly paid. I will get this protection on any pair of glasses I buy in the future.

I like my new lightweight glasses. I can see again. Not crazy about the nose pads, they hurt. I'll see if Sams optical have softer pads

Both ladies including the Filipino lady whom I unfortunately forgot her name and Jasslyn are very nice, polite, professional and super helpful. My wife and I enjoyed being helped by them.

I purchased glasses at Sam's club and also purchased the Allstate insurance coverage. I had scratches on my lenses and it was so easy to file the claim and receive the funds to replace my glasses. I would highly recommend this insurance plan for those that buy glasses at Sam's club

This is a great plan for people that wear glasses full time. If you break or lose your glasses, you can get then repaired or replaced as needed. Like any insurance, if you buy it and don't need it, it could be considered an extra expense, but when needed, it is awesome.

It's 14 days since i purchased my glasses and have yet to be contacted. Not real happy with the optical department right now....i drive buses for a living and need them very soon!!!!

Not a great experience, from the lab making mistakes, having to send them back creating longer delays to not getting what I wanted after explaining in detail. But the worse was getting an e gift card as a refund instead of a full return back to my card.

I wasn't given time to read the policy before signing it. When I got home I read the contract and found out there was no coveraage for loss. So fom I was paying $35.00 to protect my glasses from scrathing.. Not good enout. I was told by the clerk in Sam's Optical Dept. It was too late even though I did not even get my glasses.

I was never informed that I was being signed up for this plan nor given the option to opt out of the additional charge for this. Very unprofessional. At least the other person I dealt with processed my refund without any hassels.

I shouldn't have to wait for insurance or filing insurance claim to have my product taken care of with nobody else in the world except Sam's does this. This is the one thing I will probably mean I won't go back to Sam's again for my glasses. The product is sound and great for value but this is the one area that doesn't need to be handled the way it is it should be handled in-house with Sam's .
