The representatives Optical department are knowledgeable, patient, and extremely customer service oriented. I want to thank Destiny who helped me with my purchase. At first, I selected frames that were too small. Destiny was able to to direct me to frames that fully fit the contours of my face. When I received my new glasses, they fit perfectly and my vision is 20/20. I also want to thank Christy who kept me up to date with the status and delivery of my purchase. In these times, this kind of customer service in the retail market is rare. Overall, I rate my experience a “Five Star Plus.” I know that I will return for future purchases and will be recommending Sam's Moreno Valley Optical to my friends and family.

I purchased glasses at Sam's club and also purchased the Allstate insurance coverage. I had scratches on my lenses and it was so easy to file the claim and receive the funds to replace my glasses. I would highly recommend this insurance plan for those that buy glasses at Sam's club

I bought this on a previous pair of glasses never thinking I would need it. I did have to make a claim and the process was simple and the claim was promptly paid. I will get this protection on any pair of glasses I buy in the future.

Both ladies including the Filipino lady whom I unfortunately forgot her name and Jasslyn are very nice, polite, professional and super helpful. My wife and I enjoyed being helped by them.

This is a great plan for people that wear glasses full time. If you break or lose your glasses, you can get then repaired or replaced as needed. Like any insurance, if you buy it and don't need it, it could be considered an extra expense, but when needed, it is awesome.

The insurance begins the minute of purchsse, NOT the delivery time. It is like having automobile theft insurance from the moment you place an order for a custom built vehicle, NOT rhe moment of delivery. and the meter is already ticking. To say that i am "not a fan" of rhis particular item is a very polite understatement- do better!!

I was never informed that I was being signed up for this plan nor given the option to opt out of the additional charge for this. Very unprofessional. At least the other person I dealt with processed my refund without any hassels.

I wasn't given time to read the policy before signing it. When I got home I read the contract and found out there was no coveraage for loss. So fom I was paying $35.00 to protect my glasses from scrathing.. Not good enout. I was told by the clerk in Sam's Optical Dept. It was too late even though I did not even get my glasses.

Not a great experience, from the lab making mistakes, having to send them back creating longer delays to not getting what I wanted after explaining in detail. But the worse was getting an e gift card as a refund instead of a full return back to my card.

I purchased my glasses protection plan on 8/3 and to this day I still am unable to register for them on the Allstate web site. The purchase does not show up. My previous plan do but not this one.
