This washer does a good job cleaning. We have run many loads of military uniforms and kids clothes through it and it cleans well. I struggled with giving this even 4 start though due to a feature that I HATE. At the end of the cycle this unit plays a "tune" for almost 30 seconds. This model has no option to turn the tones off or even to lower their volume. The best time to do chores such as laundry while kids are sleeping. Good luck not waking them up. The washer is in a central part of the house and it is loud and annoying.

washer cycle runs twice as long as my old whirlpool because the tub gets out of balance constantly. does not rince clothes out good. has made my power bill higher because it has to run longer even though it’s supposed to be energy efficient. i will never buy another samsung washer and dryer.

At first, I was wondering who’s phone was going off. I had no clue it was my washer. The other thing is that it’s pretty easy to use. I’ve used it several times with no issue. It’s also not expensive. It’s pretty affordable. The one thing I will say that’s a bummer is that it’s not a smart washer. I know it’s on the lower end of price, but it would still be nice to have the washer alert my phone when it’s done or something. Or maybe have it use Alexa or Google Assistant so I can check on the status if I left it on while leaving the house. Overall, good value and nice tune to alert you. Improvement recommendations would be. 1. Allow smart assistant/phone integration. 2. Allow you to select the tune that plays. Self cleaning is a nice feature as well. I used it when I first got it and again after two loads.

It's simple, but has every option you need. I never needed nor used the complicated options for other washers. It looks sleek and high quality. The wash cycles are quiet and my toddler can sleep through the cycle signals because it's nice on the ears instead of a loud buzz. Easy to keep clean and cleans my clothes efficiently. I am very happy with this product!

With the ActiveWave, Agitator really helped to reduce noise, I did not see the vibration like my old machine, and a side note, my bra straps, delicate shirts and straps did not tangle together. For the features, the Vibration Reduction Technology works by reducing noise and vibrations. On the machine, there are 8 preset washing cycles and I've been able to use them all. There is barely any noise, when the washing machine is running I can barely hear it! Overall, a great washing machine!

i like that i can put more laundry on it but i don't know when to put my softener since it doesn't have a compartment for it. once it's rinsing it's locked and i don't know when is the perfect time to put the softener. every time i opened it and it was rinsing there are no water on it. once i come back to check again, it's already on spinning mode.
