[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just love this washer it is very quite and washes very well and the cloths come out very clean and fresh and not tangled up this is the best washer i have ever had and i love it it washes great it has very few features but i guess that is okay but i would want more feautres next time but it is okay for the price i paid for it but it is kind of small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife usually washes the clothes but when she was out of town and I had to do the washing...THIS WAS SO EASY TO USE. Powering on, you hear a sound. You dial to what you want to wash , load your detergent, clothes and off you go. The different features are definitely an upgrade to what we had before. I like the singing notification at the end of the wash. Full capacity to wash a full load of laundry. I even washed our king size comforter with ease. Definitely, recommend this washer for easy of use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung top load washer is very capable machine that exceeds my expectation. We are family of four with two very active boy and girl; thus having frequent laundries. First of all, it does its job wonderfully. It provides several different water temperatures, water levels, and power levels. Basically, it covers all washing needs for my family. Two of my favorite features are the vibration reduction technology, and Quick Wash. Samsung washer is noticeably quieter than my older washer; thanks to vibration reduction. And Quick wash is something that we need in case we need to quickly wash kids clothes. I normally use it for smaller load, and finishes washing about 30 minutes; Fantastic feature. Note on the height of the washer; it is bit high for my wife, and we had to place a small step in front of the washer. Just keep in mind if anyone has plan to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I chose the Samsung 4.1 top loader washing machine, I assumed it was probably smaller than all of the other models, which I didn't mind because there's only 2 people in the house. Sometimes I do my daughter's laundry to help her out, between her and her 2 children, their loads are not very big either. However, I was so wrong. I am blown away by how big the tub is! I have owned washers in the past that were "heavy duty" or "super load sized" but none of them were as big as this one! The first time I used it, I sorted loads first like I always do. Then I opened the lid to throw a load in, and couldn't believe my eyes! I can EASILY do double the size of loads I was doing in my last washer! I LOVE it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new Samsung quick load washer for a few weeks now and love it. It has a soft close lid for a quiet effect when loading and unloading the bin. The machine runs so quietly with each different setting. It plays a sweet tune when a load is finished that is Suttle but easy enough to hear. I love the size of the wash bin and find it so easy to load an entire comforter. The water level selection is easy to navigate and set for each load and it has multiple wash settings with different lengths of time including a quick wash! I use the normal wash frequently and my favorite feature is the deep fill button available on any loading! I love this washer and am proud of my decision to purchase! The exterior is beautiful and it is very easy to operate!

I have had mine for about 3 years it was great until my washes become off balance ALL THE TIME and it takes hours to do 1 load. I know I am not over or under filling the tub. Sometimes I think it just fills and empties continuously. Junk I am so disappointed

I've had this washing machine for 4 years now. It was nice when I first got it, the laundry came out feeling really clean and the cycle didn't usually take super long. I learned pretty early on that it was a little picky about the loads being perfectly balanced but that usually wasn't a huge issue unless I was trying to wash a thicker blanket or more than like two towels. Fast forward to now, I'm married with 4 kids and 3 dogs so we are frequently having to wash bulkier loads and it has gotten to the point that if I can get a load completely through a cycle it takes around 24 hours, otherwise I end up holding it down while it spins or standing in front of it so I can turn the water off each time it tries to refill and then finally giving up and throwing items that are still very wet into the dryer to then go through that cycle multiple times. It is awful. It barely makes it through a half load of just my toddler's tiny clothes and right now I've got a pile of towels that it won't even start for. If you're single with mostly light laundry its fine but it is not for serious/heavy duty use. I am planning on switching to something a little less "technologically advanced" if we can't get this unbalancing act figured out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung washer is great. It doesnt have an agitator so it is gentle on your clothes. While washing it is quiet which is nice because my last washer was so loud. Washes your clothes so they come out clean and not stretched out. I jave used the extra high high water level and the capacity size is amazong. It fits a lot of clothes and gets all clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were long over due for a new washer and this one arrived just in time! I was very impressed with the bin size and cubic feet of space. The footprint wasn't much bigger than my old one but the capacity for load size is so much more! I could easily do 1.5-2x the load than with my old washer. Makes a huge difference when you are family of 6 and have loads of laundry all the time! The sweet little tune is a nice change from the annoying buzz from older washers too. It was a pleasant surprise when I first heard it! The only thing I wasn't super thrilled with was that the water fill doesn't start until after the door has locked, I'm used to starting the load, letting the bin fill and then adding detergent to load once the water starts to reach capacity but this one does not allow that. I typically use pods so it wasn't a big deal. I did notice I could pause the cycle to open the door but most of the time I would forget to return mid water fill. Aside from that minor change in my laundry ritual, I'm super impressed with my new Samsung washer!

in one month this washer doesnt agitate on any of the controls listed on the right side of the control panel this includes quick wash , delicates, rinse and spin and self clean i got a half washing machine thanks samsung for this can i get my money back for a half a washer
