Tasted Great for Value!

I bought 2 weeks ago and froze each lb separately. Thawed 1lb in fridge 2 days, then used The Food Lab recipe w/minor alterations and it turned out tastier than I expected. Husband and son loved it!

I bought this for the first time and everyone was flight for the meat. It was so good. We only used pepper and salt on it. It was easy to cook. Will be buying more in the future.
