I was surprised, the was so tender and they had remove all the fat and silver skin. Good job!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I love having Raybern's Philly Cheesesteaks on hand for a quick, hot meal. If I know it's going to be a busy day I'll take one out and let it thaw in the refrigerator. To cook, I remove the outer wrap and replace it with aluminum foil. Then I cook it for ~10 minutes in the air fryer. Turns out perfect. Full disclosure: I have never had a restaurant-made Philly. I can't say one way or another if it hits that spot, but it's a great tasting frozen meal that cooks up similar to a takeout sandwich.
