Hi, Raywing. Often spinning issues are caused by debris getting lodged in the system somewhere and can be easily resolved. Try checking the water inlet filter where the garden hose attaches and make sure nothing is clogged. Next, try using a small wire (or an inexpensive pressure washer nozzle cleaning tool) to make sure nothing is lodged in the spinning nozzles- it's possible that a very small piece of dirt or debris is preventing the surface cleaner from operating properly.
