Better result in half the time

I have a large driveway that used to take half a day to power wash and it used to come out streaky. The Simpson unit did it in about 90 minutes and did a great job. Only problem now I have to do my sister in law's house after she saw my driveway.

When you first turn it on, the spinning is very jumpy - you get streaks because it is not spinning. You have to use a while before it works properly, then you have to go back and redo the areas you started with.

Hi,Coffee4ever. We're sorry to hear about your trouble. Often spinning issues are caused by debris and can be easily resolved. Try checking the water inlet filter where the garden hose attaches and make sure nothing is clogged. Second, use a small wire (or an inexpensive pressure washer nozzle cleaning tool) and make sure nothing is lodged in the nozzle tips. Also check the center hub for debris that may be impeding the spinning arms. This was highly rated by some sites so bought it with high hopes. Within 2 hours of using it, the jets stopped spinning. We looked at the (pitiful) instructions and on line, and found out this is common. We used a pin to try to clean the jets as recommended. (Although I have no idea how anything can lodge in a jet with water coming out at 2000-3500 PSI. That did not work. So we went back to the handheld jet. The next day, we tried it again; it still did not spin. Go with another company
