I got this a couple of days ago and used it yesterday. It took an otherwise long tedious job and cut the time and effort by 2/3. It took a couple of trigger pulls to get the nozzles rotating but once they started there was no problem. The cement work around my house was pretty dirty and this attachment made cleaning a lot easier.

Cleaned our concrete patio and wood deck floor with this attachment. Very easy to use and it did an amazing job. Everything looks new again!

Never knew this existed; saw it on a commercial, & of course I checked Sams Club first....this is absolutely amazing!! Cleans driveways, patios in a fraction of the time! An absolute must for every homeowner...spend more time with your family, & less time on the honey-do list!!

I can't say enough good things about this attachment. We used it to clean our driveway and sidewalk. It saved us SO MUCH time, and the results are fantastic.

This is my second one, as the first one I received had a slightly clogged nozzle and would not spin properly, but the second one works flawlessly. Returning of the the first one via prepaid FedEx was easy. i found a 50% overlap cleaned w/o streaks.

I bought this surface cleaner along with a Simpson pressure washer as a set. At first I was having the sma eissue as everyone else: it stops spinning. Well, I figured out the issue. It appears that the angle of the nozzles is not set properly in the factory. I got a socket and slid it over one nozzle, gave it a tiny bit of a twist away from perpendicular to the ground (see photo attached) then did the other nozzle, and presto…problem solved. I realize you shouldn't turn it too far, because then it will not provide enough force to the surface you want to clean. But there is a sweet spot, a balance between cleaning force and rotation that can be had. It only took a couple of degrees of angle change, and now this thing works better than ever!

When you first turn it on, the spinning is very jumpy - you get streaks because it is not spinning. You have to use a while before it works properly, then you have to go back and redo the areas you started with.

Would not buy, bought for one project and it was the only one in town that I could get day of. I saw the reviews and figured I would give it benefit of the doubt. Used to clean an area 120'x50' smooth warehouse concrete. Worked great for first hour and a half, then stopped spinning. Checked the spinner and hub had some play on the bushing. One of the spray tubes was loose and adjusted angle back. Horrible vibration issues after, the 4 small mounting screws that mount into plastic housing had to be tightened every 30 min they worked out multiple turns and were not stripped. The Bushing wore enough through vibration and wear that it was rubbing on the housing.

This was highly rated by some sites so bought it with high hopes. Within 2 hours of using it, the jets stopped spinning. We looked at the (pitiful) instructions and on line, and found out this is common. We used a pin to try to clean the jets as recommended. (Although I have no idea how anything can lodge in a jet with water coming out at 2000-3500 PSI. That did not work. So we went back to the handheld jet. The next day, we tried it again; it still did not spin. Go with another company

Lasted about ten minutes.
