We're sorry to hear your unit is failing to spin. Spinning issues can sometimes be caused by debris somewhere in the system. Try checking the water inlet filter where the garden hose attaches and make sure nothing is clogged. Second, use a small wire (or an inexpensive pressure washer nozzle cleaning tool) and make sure nothing is lodged in the nozzle tips. We also would suggest checking the center hub for debris that may be impeding the spinning arms.
