Hi, Jayp98. We're sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with the surface cleaner, but we have a couple of steps you can try to get the product running as we expect. First, check the water inlet filter where the garden hose attaches and make sure nothing is clogged. Second, use a small wire (or an inexpensive pressure washer nozzle cleaning tool) and make sure nothing is lodged in the spinning nozzles- it's possible that a very small piece of dirt or debris is preventing the surface cleaner from operating properly.
