(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The new Rubbermaid Brilliance containers are just what everyone needs! They are completely leak proof, so there are no messes in lunch pails! This container also cleaned up very easily due to its smooth texture. The special vents allowed me to re heat my food without making splatter in the microwave . This is by far the best container I've ever tried and strongly recommended it!

Received about 6wks ago as wedding gift. Perhaps our expectations were high but "100% leak proof" is a big claim. I buy bulk cut fruit in juice and put in the small cups for work and for the past week I've found if the container gets jostled I end up with fruit juice all over my bag. I'm super bummed. New solution- put container inside plastic zip bag.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE food storage containers are awesome for myself and my two girls that are away at school for daily use. These are sized very well. They hold standard items, like a can of soup, and stack perfectly. I have some other containers that also have this stacked sizing, and it is surprisingly useful in real use. Think how often you have a container of bowtie pasta already in the pantry, and you are looking for a place to put the two small containers of candies and nuts. Well, they fit perfectly on top of the bowtie pasta. Not the best organization, perhaps, but great when you just need to stick something in there and get on with it. They work this way in the refrigerator too, but because of the limited shelf clearance in there, you won't find as many opportunities as you would in larger spaces. I love the clips on the sides. My other containers have a nice, firm seal, but I would still hesitate to fill one with soup and toss it in my bag lest I arrive at work with a huge mess. The clips help ease my concerns. Putting little vents under the clips so they are available, but can't leak, was smart thinking. I don't think it is a great idea to microwave things in plastic containers in general, though. It is hard on the containers, might very well cause chemicals from the plastic to leach into the food (though not BPA), and, perhaps most importantly, I have no desire to eat hot food out of a plastic container. However, if you are at the office and want to reheat your lasagna in the break room, the vents let you do this without splattering food all over the place. I highly recommend these and have swapped out all others in my cupboards for all sizes of these.

I put spaghetti in these and it did not stain!! That is the ultimate test! I love that I don’t have to worry about these breaking! They are dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe. Everything I need in food storage!

After using them for a while I have purchased these containers in all different sizes. I am very much impressed with the plastic quality of these containers. I avoid washing them in the dish washers and prefer washing it with hand. I highly recommend these sets to everyone as I know they will also love it as much as I do!!

These were the perfect fit for our pantry. The glass ones are white and didn't lock to keep out pests or preserve freshness, where these ones do. Also came with different sizes for our other ingredients we use. They been holding up very well and can't wait to get more for our pantry. These are a must have for any household

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these containers for my kids snacks it was always messy on my kitchen counter and I figured I’d give these a try to make it look neater in my kitchen and keep my counter clean. I absolutely love them I got big ones long ones small ones you can put so much in them and so many different shapes as well. I love that they seal perfectly and air tight so my snacks will stay fresher longer.another great thing I like is they are clear so my kids don’t need to open them to find out what’s inside they just just grab what they need/want and be on their way. In my personal opinion they are made in good quality as my girls have dropped a couple and they stood up to it with no marks or breaks so I would definitely recommend.

MICROWAVEABLE WITH VENTS under the latches and no splattering of contents. CRYSTAL CLEAR BPA-free plastic lets you easily see what's inside. STAIN RESISTANT. I microwaved some Curried Lentil soup in the container for 2 minutes on high. There was no splattering, no melting, pitting, or wonky warping! After microwaving, I resealed the latches then picked up the Brilliance container and gave it a good shake upside down and sideways... absolutely NO LEAKAGE! Added bonus- upon handwashing (I don't own a dishwasher), the container came out squeaky clean and spotless. The Rubbermaid Brilliance container is superb for transporting any food, especially soup, sauce, or chili. Easy to stack, easy to view contents. Brilliance all round!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plastic in these is pretty thick, thicker than alot of similar products. These containers seal up really tight so I suspect they'll be pretty good for keeping things dry. The clips on the top work well, but they take a bit longer to open than the ones that have a push button or similar type of easy open mechanism. The opening is big enough for a scoop or measuring cup to make it easy to access flour, rice and whatnot. While they're not really designed to nest, they can be stacked on top of each other if needed.

It claimed it was drop proof and it held up granted I didn’t drop it from a huge height just average to holding it at your waist. We also tested it for reheating some things and no kind of damage to it. Definitely a must purchase.
