I tried to make this product leak and I could not, I used water, sauce, pasta, yogurt, cereal just about everything, and even shook it pretty hard. The lid was easy to use, easy on and off. Tried in the microwave with the lid on, no popping off of the lid, or wilting on the lid or container. I also let some spaghetti sauce sit it in a few days......cleaned out perfectly clear, no staining. Really nice storage container, will be buying some more.

I was on the search for the proper set to replace the ceramic canister set that I have currently, and now my problem is solved. Not only is the design clear so you can see through easily, but it is stain and odour resistant. Most importantly, the containers are BPA-free. The design also allows the lid to be kept on while heating in the microwave, which prevents splattering (perfect for work lunches) and vents the hot air through small holes that can be uncovered on the lid. It's also leak-proof, so your lunch box is protected. These containers really do have it all. Would definitely recommend.

My pantry and baking closet are both full of storage containers for purpose of storing cereals, pasta, rice, flour, sugar and many many other items. I have tried multiple brands, one high end brand, which no longer can compare to these. First of all, most of the other brands have a push button lid. Problem with those is that you can’t can’t wash the lid in the dishwasher unless you wait forever for it to dry because it’s mostly enclosed. Also, over time, they start to lose the tight seal. These wonderful containers are easy to clean and extremely tight seal, keeping items fresh much longer. I most definitely recommend these!

So far so good. Rubbermaid Brilliance plastic container is definitely affordable and I recommend them to everyone.

Not with this container it lasted 5 days before dying out. I do recommend this product. I'll be getting more for the camping and canoeing season.

Its air tight, leak proof,durable and dishwasher and microwave safe. Its stuff is also brilliant like its name. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I admit I was sceptical when trying the Rubbermaid Brilliance container, I had heard of "leak-proof" containers before but they failed every time. Not this time. I used my container to take soup to work for my lunch and I have to say, even after tossing my lunch bag around a bit and tipping my container, not a drop was spilled! I went to warmup my soup later and the fact that I could leave the lid on and just use the vents to prevent splattering is genius! A++++
