(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Really, really impressed with these. The container material is very thick and good quality and not cheap looking at all. Most importantly, they are 100% leak-proof. I tested this with water and several other materials and holding it directly upside down. Obviously, it's important to make sure you've pressed it closed and put the clasps on properly, but for me it worked perfectly. The stain resistance is good too. We tried it with a particularly stinky pasta sauce and there was no residual smell or orange stain. It might stain over time, but every other tub I have stains with sauce on the first use, so I'm very happy. They heat up evenly, are easy to clean and I really like being able to leave the lid on top (open latches) to prevent food splashing in the microwave. I'd definitely buy these again.

When you have a smaller family like mine, we always over cook. I am all about left overs. I love saving them for lunch the next day, etc! As a left over lover, I am always looking for the best containers to save my food. I want it to stay fresh as long as possible. With the Rubbermaid Brilliance Food storage containers, my food is fresher than ever. I love the leak proof seal! When packing up soups for work, I hated spilling it everywhere. Thank you jesus for creating a container than is leak proof. The latches make sure nothing gets out! I have multiple left overs in my fridge at once, being able to save space with the stacking feature is genius. With these containers being the perfect size, and an amazing price I for sure plan to purchase more. These have been amazing, I look forward to bringing my lunch to work everyday now! What's awesome about the product is that you can store your leftovers in it and then take it right to work, pop in the microwave and not have to worry about the product melting. The lid is also great because you can leave it on and just vent it in the microwave to reduce splatter. The product is quite expensive in comparison to glass containers. The cost per container would deter me in the future of purchasing the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the Rubbermaid Brilliance Pantry Starter Set. They have lots of neat features. But my most favorite is the air tight sealing lids. They seal great just by pushing it down but then it also has locking side which gives it an extra seal. They are stackable and fit well in a pantry. I put the basic pantry items in them like pasta, rice, sugar and grains. They are all clear, so you can easily find what you need in the pantry. They are dishwasher safe and stain resistant. I love all the different sizes. You have tall, wide, short and small. There were only two different size lids the fit all seven pieces. That way there is no hunting around to find a certain lid for each piece. I hope to get more pieces to add to my collection.

The lid has a nice tight lock to it so I don't worry about anything I store in it getting stale,it also was dropped when it was full of cereal and the lid stayed on. It washes up nicely by hand with just dish soap and water.

Will definitely recommend these to everyone. I like them so much I threw out my old glass containers that I have had for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the ultimate set for meal prep and assembly-line cooking for the week ahead. It's so efficient that we ended up getting 2 packs for myself and my partner so that we can prepare all the work on a Sunday and have everything ready for us throughout the week during the lunch hour so we never have to think about what to prepare while working. The serving size is just right and includes a smaller compartment to split between different types of foods if you need to; and the encasing seals the freshness just right so the food tastes the same regardless of having it on a Monday versus a Friday.

These started cracking within 6 months and have just progressively gotten worse overtime. They are basically disintegrating at this point. I'm a person who is very careful with my kitchen tools so this was extremely disappointing. I still use them but the cracks are everywhere and they are no longer like proof.

We were super excited to bring these home and right out of the box 2 of the containers were broken. The place where that latch is attached to the lid is poorly designed and breaks easily. We took them back to the store for fan exchange and the same thing happened again. Returned the product and had 2 individual pieces left. With in 2 weeks the latches broke off and the plastic tabs are not able to hold any more. Overall great concept just poor design and quality of latches.
