Excellent play set. My 4 year old and almost 2 year old love it and play everyday. The slide is a bit steep for small children and the climbing a little dangerous for small, but it is not intended for use by that age. I do wish the telescope could be moved do different locations on the set. It must be installed in only one spot and for us that is directly pointed at the backyard of undesirable neighbors. Flexibility in where it is attached would be nice. Installation took 8 hours - my huband worked along for 5 and had one man help him for 3. Directions were easy to follow. The spider swing is a great bonus and can hold mulitple kids at a time (3-4 depending on size).

Follow the directions closely and the set goes together very easily. The set is very sturdy. I didn't anchor it and my grandchildren swing high causing very little lifting of the legs of the swing. The issue I had was with the shipping company. The shipping company destination was only 7 miles from me. They shipped the swing across the country, but when it arrived to the shippers destination, they failed to meet the delivery date because they wanted more money to deliver it to my home even though my purchase already included delivery. Lifetime and Homedepot took care of the extra cost they wanted.

Our rope ladder had sun rotted and could no longer be used four years after purchase. I was having trouble finding the part to order online until I used the chat box for assistance. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and friendly. He sent me out a replacement free of charge since I was within the warranty. It arrived a few days later. The kids are so happy! Me too!!

This is high quality. We were very impressed as we put it together. As others recommended, we carefully sorted and organized the parts ahead of time. We did steps out of order twice, and it messed us up both times. We had 3ish people: 1. Someone to read a step ahead and gather the right parts and deliver them to the “workers” as they needed them (mom) 2. Lead construction guy (dad) 3 and sometimes 4. Holders and helpers. Teen boys did heavy stuff and helped with connecting. Smaller kids held and handed smaller parts. The kids kind of wandered on and off the job site. :) With that system, it went very smoothly, and was “easy” to assemble.

I would like to share that I am very pleased with the swing set and my kids have a blast while playing on it. It is a high quality unit and appears that it will last a long time. My only complaint was the assembly time. I spent about 8 hours on assembly, but I was by myself. I recommend two or three people for assembly. Other than that I was and have been very happy with this purchase.

I bout this 3 years ago and had some problems with the rust due to the weather in Florida, I had the best experience with customer service, they exchange the Swing and made my kids happy. The level of service of this company is the best I have ever seen. thank you.

We're so happy with this purchase. First off, the delivery ended up being amazing. It was backordered and a little delayed, but ABF Freight actually carried the boxes inside our fence and placed them where we wanted to set it up. That was a nice perk. It did take my husband a while to build it (pretty much all of a Saturday), but he was able to do it alone except for me holding or moving the A frame a couple times. He said the instructions could be clearer, but that it was "built like a tank." We were both impressed with how sturdy it seems... Hopefully it will last a long time! So far our kids are just obsessed with the swings and climb the ladder or rope ladder, but as they get older they'll probably get more into the slide and climbing wall. Great play set and worth the money. Horrible directions! Follow the pictures and pay close attention to the details. The little holes facing the proper way, and going in the exact order is very important. Leave all parts in the boxes, don’t lay it all out, it makes it so much easier. Each step of the directions tells you to take this part from this box and that part from that box. Some of the threading screws weren’t machined right and broke, they luckily gave a couple extra. Called customer service and they sent some more too. About 12 hours total with myself and my husband doing it.

We have owned this set since 2014. While no longer perfect, the set has held up well and we have gotten our money’s worth. Our kids and the kids on the street play with it every weekend. There is a bit of rust on the chains and some bolts and joints, but the large plastic pieces have not faded. Also, Lifetime’s customer service is excellent. They stand by their products. They replaced the swings when we had issues with the rubber coating getting sticky. We are looking forward to trying the new swings, with a new silicone coating to prevent stickiness, that will be shipped to us.

It takes time and more than 1 person to put this set together but our kids (age 3-8) all love it! My husband and I took several full evenings to complete it and I'd say we are very confident with building/construction to give you an idea of how time-filling it is regardless of skill level. Also worth mentioning that I feel I have to shadow the 3 year old as it is a set more appropriate for older children and she could easily be hurt. Very sturdy and overall great buy!
