Our Grand-kids are going to love this for the next 17 decades. The set went together extremely well and the 80 pages of instructions were precise, informative and fantastic. My only suggestion is that the bolts need to be 1/8th of an inch longer. Two of them were as short as my Bank Account after paying for this.

The shipping was frustrating. Estes had it for a week before we received it, and it happened to be the only rainy day we’d had. Construction wasn’t too difficult, I had my FIL help when we had something that was more than 2 people could handle. We did lay everything out in the yard and I kept it the sections as it was boxed for ease in assembly. We had it built in 6 hours with the exception of the toys that go under the club house (it was bed time and she needed mommy). Overall great quality and it looks great in the yard.

This took us three days to put together and was not super fun, though instructions were reasonably clear in most cases. But now that it is together, we have zero regrets splurging on the best one. This thing is RAD. Kids, 4 and 6, play all day on it! Sturdy, no creaking or problems.

Our rope ladder had sun rotted and could no longer be used four years after purchase. I was having trouble finding the part to order online until I used the chat box for assistance. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and friendly. He sent me out a replacement free of charge since I was within the warranty. It arrived a few days later. The kids are so happy! Me too!!

This is high quality. We were very impressed as we put it together. As others recommended, we carefully sorted and organized the parts ahead of time. We did steps out of order twice, and it messed us up both times. We had 3ish people: 1. Someone to read a step ahead and gather the right parts and deliver them to the “workers” as they needed them (mom) 2. Lead construction guy (dad) 3 and sometimes 4. Holders and helpers. Teen boys did heavy stuff and helped with connecting. Smaller kids held and handed smaller parts. The kids kind of wandered on and off the job site. :) With that system, it went very smoothly, and was “easy” to assemble.

This swing set is great and looks amazing. The issues we had, were none of the parts were labeled. This took additional time in finding the right piece, as well as having to go back and fix where we grabbed an identical piece. I do wish it had anchors for the feet. My son and I were both swinging high and we had to stop because it was starting to come off the ground. With 2 of us it took about 4-5 hours, with breaks.

This is a high quality playset, super fun, and with many features. It says for kids till 12. We doubted it before, but found it is true after setting it up. The monkey bar is high enough for a teenager and the swings are solid and big enough even for adults. Another thing to mention is that you can choose not to install the slide on the monkey bar if there is not enough room in the yard. Just cover the drill holes on the pole and it still looks good. We were planning to install just one slide to save room in our yard, but we end up installing both of them, because kids prefer sliding down after pass the bars, rather than climbing down. I think that's might be the reason why this model has 2 slides. Yes, it takes space, but so much fun for kids. We are also impressed by the customer service. One of the slide got a big deep scratch in the middle during shipping and Lifetime takes the responsibility to send us a new one. In sum, a great purchase and highly recommended! Thanks to Lifetime for the great customer service and developing such a fun, solid product!

I love this thing as much as my kids do. It's wonderful to put something together that actually works and goes together like you'd expect. A Made in USA product at its finest. No mis-drilled holes, no short pieces, no missing parts- no hassle. Everything goes together so well and secure I couldn't believe it. I am fairly mechanically inclined and work industrial construction with a general contractor for a living so I am pretty proficient at building things and using tools. I was able to put this together myself in about 11 total hours and that includes breaking down and disposing of the crate this monster shipped in. About an hour total unpacking and sorting all the parts for inventory and off I went. With help and warmer weather you could easily get this done on a Saturday. I did manage to snap a bolt by over-tightening. I sent an email through the website and six hours later I've got a few bolts headed my way at no charge. That is great customer service and very much appreciated! I'm going through the catalog now and ready to buy anything made by Lifetime. They've earned my dollars and I will be back for more. Basketball hoop is already on the way and the family is deciding on which kayaks we like the best. Thank you for being a great company Lifetime. I wish there were more like you!

The Big Stuff Adventure Swing Set seems very sturdy and the kids love it very much! The assembly wasn't difficult, as it took a couple of us to assemble it during two evenings after work. There are lots of different parts, but are labeled and easy to understand. So far, we are very pleased!

Follow the directions closely and the set goes together very easily. The set is very sturdy. I didn't anchor it and my grandchildren swing high causing very little lifting of the legs of the swing. The issue I had was with the shipping company. The shipping company destination was only 7 miles from me. They shipped the swing across the country, but when it arrived to the shippers destination, they failed to meet the delivery date because they wanted more money to deliver it to my home even though my purchase already included delivery. Lifetime and Homedepot took care of the extra cost they wanted.
