At times it was difficult figuring out which part was which during assembly (maybe Lifetime could add small numbered stickers to the parts?) but, overall, it's an amazing playset and I'm so happy I purchased it! It's very sturdy and it looks great in our back yard!

This is an awesome set with many features and well designed. I am 65 and my wife is 64 and we put this together in under 8 hours. You do need a drill and all the tools they recommend. I also think the instructions could be better (we had to undo things 4 times), the graphics could be better AND the pipes and pieces should be labeled.

Our Lifetime playground set has withstood many a storm and 8 years later looks great and has lasted through our 5 children playing on it most days. However, our neighbor's trampoline flew into it during a recent severe storm and we needed to replace a section of roof along with a bar. They provided us the parts at a great, low cost and made sure to include extra hardware. They were extremely helpful and polite, as well.

I would like to share that I am very pleased with the swing set and my kids have a blast while playing on it. It is a high quality unit and appears that it will last a long time. My only complaint was the assembly time. I spent about 8 hours on assembly, but I was by myself. I recommend two or three people for assembly. Other than that I was and have been very happy with this purchase.

I bought this swing set for my grand daughters. It has been a big hit. It’s very sturdy and every part of it are high quality. Like everyone else, the marking of the parts would have saved time. Luckily all the nuts and bolts are separated and packaged together for every section of the building process. Very please with the play set and looking forward to many of years watching the kiddos (and myself) enjoy it.

I ourchased my grandchildren a lifetime playset so they would have years of enjoyment and they have. The trapeze handles over time have cracked and worried us that the kids would pinch there hands when using it. The customer service representative Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helped me with the replacement parts. I couldn't be happier with service and with your company. I'm really glad I bought a quality product with great service backing up their products.

I honestly expected stronger steel tubing for the money. You have to very careful on over tightening the bolts. Quality of bolts was also low as they consistently wanted to strip even when starting by hand. The instructions were the worst as none of the parts were labeled properly. Very time consuming. Fairly solid and looks nice.

Let's start with the good news. The entire swing set is sturdy, long lasting and of very good quality. Now the bed news. The item labeling and directions leave much to be desired. If labeling and illustrations were better, installation would have taken 33% less time. There are many instances where we put a section or item together, only to find out later that a leg needed to be rotated differently or or a cross-member needed to be turned over. This activity forced a few disassembly / correction sessions before continuing. SUGGESTION - it takes two people with decent technical skills to assemble this swing set.

We bought this set for our grand children and they spend their entire days using it as swing, slide, make up boat, make up airplane, house and you name it. the set can be used at any age, from toddler to teens and older. We like the accessories like the small picnic table is also used ++. In addition, the company has been super helpful when we needed a part after several years and they provided free of charge!! Highly recommended. A+++

If you are considering this company for ANYTHING PLEASE LOOK ELSHWHERE AS THEY DONT GIVE A DARN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! I have been hung up on 4 out of 7 calls I made to them and the missing parts are a whole other story. We forgot to mail them is one excuse I have heard and OH WE ARE SO SORRY voiced after receiving only one of the required parts that didnt get shipped on time. All of this and my set still sets where I started to build it THREE WEEKS AGO BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE ANS SERVICE!!!!!!
