I cook in crockpot with beef bouillon and Lipton onion soup for 10 hours. Remove and cut into smaller portions, use liquid to make a beef gravy. Delicious. Also cook the same way, cut into small pieces and freeze 1+ lb bags to add to homemade soups.

I bought this for the only purpose of making beef jerky. I do own a meat slicer so I could custom cut the slices. I marinated the slices for 24 hours in Teriyaki sauce (soy sauce brown sugar pineapple juice garlic and ginger) Absolutely the best beef jerky I ever had. 200°F for 2.5 hours in the oven

Cooked in the slow cooker for 9 hours and it was melt in your mouth good.

Very pleased. Much less fat than I can find in the grocery stores! More servings per pound.
