sams club's meat in general are always trimmed and appeal to the eyes. no chunks of fat adding weight no missed knife cuts resulting in "strings" of meat hanging off

Way to much fat left on product, almost a 1/2 lb from 4 lb roast, also very very tough to chew, would not buy again, very poor job done by butcher at sams, also priced way to high.

It was a large roast @ $4.99/lb. I cut it into 2 smaller roasts, seasoned them & put them into freezer bags. The roasts cooked up tender & delicious.

I’ve purchased two of these roasts and cut them in half. (It’s just the two of us) I made Roast Beef Aus Jus sandwiches with the leftovers. Delicious flavor and tender. Thanks Sam’s Club.

I'm only cooking for two so when I buy these I cut them in half and freeze half. The other half I fix very simply and then bake "low and slow" in my Staub enameled cast iron with the lid on and always have a great roast. Yum!

I can always depend on a Sam’s beef roast! Very delicious, which says quite a lot coming from a woman raised on a farm in Nebraska! I would give it 5 stars if the price wouldn't have gone up so much lately!

Excellent meat. We generally cook one of these a week and then slice it on our meat slicer. It is great for sandwiches and much cheaper than purchasing roast beef at a grocery store deli counter. This is a big hit in our family.

We like meat in KY. 10/10, 5/5. Whatever you want to call it. Tasted like meat, not great for toilet paper but you gotta live and learn. Will try thinner slices next time.

Bought this for my christmas dinner, it was really good. My beagle thought the same as well i had the left overs on the counter and some how she figured out how to get on my counter to eat it.

High quality meat that was prepared and served for a meeting. Thumbs up from all that attended! Prepared on a Traeger grill, slow cooked and well seasoned. Will try this again.
