Very tender and great value for the money! Made in crockpot with potatoes and carrots!

So tasty!

The meat looked good however it was tough and tasteless. So much so that we froze the 2nd. half and are thinking about throwing it away.

BAD DEAL

This roast was very good, tender and flavorful. We cut it in half and froze the other half. We had several meals from the first half baked in a cast iron kettle with onions and red potatoes with skins on. Yumm!

Roast was Angus Beef.
