Cook in slow cooker and it came out very tender.

The qualify of beef at Sam's is always very good.

Very lean cut..... perfect for jerky because when slicing you naturally go against the grain

Slow cooked to perfection

Got good quality pieces of meat

In spite of a good pad of fat it still turned out a bit tough even after 8 hours in a slow cooker.

Fresh great seasoned and slow roasted.
