Unfortunately, all of the TVs that have stopped working for us, we're that very same brand. Around a year ago, we did our research, and decided to with a Samsung. I am pleased to say that, from the time that we hung the Samsung TV until now, we have had 0 issues or difficulties with this model of Samsung. We will continue to be loyal Samsung customers until the quality of the product regresses, which I do not foresee happening anytime in the near future. Keep up the good work Samsung! You truly put out quality products for a very reasonable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV to replace my 10 year old Samsung 3D TV. I use my TV for music, movies, sports and games. My friends and I both think that my old TV has a better picture. That TV pushed 240hz refresh rate.. crystal clear, even when something is moving fast across the screen. Although several websites said this TV did 240hz, It did not, only 120hz at best. Even worse 60hz while watching it in 4k. The menu is flat,boring, and hard to navigate. It skips back to square one every time you hit the back button. The very limited apps are in a straight line where scrolling takes longer than ever. Smart things needs to be able to connect with smart things. I should be able to adjust everything with an administrative login page on my phone or tablet without cutting completely out of the picture and sound that is being adjusted. When you set up a Samsung surround sound system in the ARC port it should Work correctly. My TV has forgotten how to control the stereo several times. The TV should be an extension of my phone and vice versa. If it wasn't for the Google Assistant, nothing would connect. Bixby would rather search for some irrelevant thing on the Web then play a movie from an app on the screen. My old remote had a back light on it and the buttons lit up, I loved that thing. Voice activation on this needs to work if that is the main improvement. I loved my old TV, I thought this new one would blow me away. Now I just ask myself if this is progress?

Purchased TV about a month ago. Previous TV was also a Samsung unit & provided superb service for over 7 years. Absolutely no hesitation when ready to replace it with a newer model. Just in time for the hockey playoffs! Local supplier gave excellent next day delivery. Amazing picture quality & features! Very, very pleased with entire purchase experience.

I also use it to view my back yard off of my ring security system. Movie night is the best thing on wendsday I have my hue lights linked to the TV making the moves amazing to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to invest in a larger TV and was trying to decide between LG and Samsung. We decided on Samsung because of the quality and better price. We love the direct tuning features to Netfilx and Prime. It also easily synced to my Xbox and my Samsung Galaxy smartphone. There are several ways to tune this TV to your liking. We also added a sound bar and now we don't feel a need to visit a theater! I would strongly recommend this TV!

We've had it for a month and love everything on it, the remote is different than any remote we have had before, love not having to changing batteries as it's rechargeable. The picture is Amazing, watching movies, sports on it is like being in it live.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this a bit over a month ago. Set up was very easy overall (can set up stand while still in box to make it easier). Main reason for purchase was the central stand (instead of 2 legs) because it would be too long for our entertainment center otherwise. Stand is great, picture is fantastic, and Smart functions work well. We disabled Alexa on the TV since we already have one in our living room, but otherwise works just fine with Alexa for controls. Picture is fantastic (watched 4K Mad Max Fury Road for 1st movie and it was glorious). Game mode is pretty good, but can get wonky when dealing with specific games (until main game screen comes up, it can flicker a bunch as it gets ready), but otherwise works really well and can see much more clearly. Remote/home screen is fairly easy to navigate and remote is easy to program for other devices. Love that I can control my Xbox with it to make watching movies/TV easier. Bluetooth is also a great feature and easily allows set-up of wireless headphones/earpods to listen without needing the TV or a sound system (which it also handles very well). Overall would definitely recommend. Upgraded from 55" to 75" and it's fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've have had a lot of Samsung TV, long story but not because they broke down. Far from it. Although it's not OLED picture is quite clear and brilliant about it doesn't have Atmos it has an Atmos capability button but it doesn't work on reverse sound back to Atmos soundbar only if direct source AND its a Samsung soundbar. I have the 120 refresh rate and really good picture but I've never tried a PS5 on it either. All in all, I wish it had a close up feature, love that on my others but I'm really satisfied with it.

We have had this TV for three months and are very pleased with it. It was installed by Geek Squad and they did a good job of instructing us on its operation. The colour is excellent, very true. Having so many apps pre-loaded has made expanding our use of the TV easy. We have also used it to view on-line programs by connecting a laptop to the TV. This TV replaced our previous Samsung TV which we had for 14 years.
