The picture quality and ease of navigation on this Samsung 65 inch TV is beyond my expectations. Samsung's menu system if very easy to learn and the added bonus of the Free Samsung TV channels made this a great addition to the entertainment room.

Slight issue with pricing, though have to admit I am new to Sams's Club, this being my first ever purchase, and it was done on the website. That being said..... THE TV ROCKS..... couldn't be happier!!!! Samsung has once again delivered everthing promised and then some. Crystal clear picture, dynamic sound, and an exceptional overalll Smart TV experience. Shouy out to Trey in online customer service, who made it all happen!

I received an offer from Sam's Club via email inviting me to buy this television. I thought it was a pretty good deal so as I went to move it into my cart the price on it went up over $200. I contacted Sam's Club customer service and there was a little bit of confusion but I got them all the screen captures and they were willing to make good on the price. The confusion then said in nobody got back a hold of me and we had to go around and round but eventually through executive managers and whatnot it all got straightened out. The television itself is one of the best TVs I've ever had. The color clarity and features are unsurpassed for the money and we are very much enjoying it. There was some extras that came with it such as free 6-month subscriptions to a different services, and those have not yet materialized but that's true samsung, not through Sam's Club. I highly recommend this TV as I stated before it is loaded with features and the menus are pretty user friendly. Even the remote has a small solar panel on the back of it so you never need to replace the batteries

After buying a 55" Q7 series almost 4 years ago we decided to upgrade to a 65". Very satisfied! The colors are awesome. Not too impressed with the sound but I've got it hooked up to a Polk surround sound system. When i first turned it on i wasn't happy with the picture. After turning the intelligent settings I was able to adjust the picture settings to my liking. Overall, it is a great TV.

Clear picture and good for using streaming apps with littlw to no lag.

THIS TV IS EXCELLENT. IT HAS A MOST BEAUTIFUL PICTURE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY CHJOICE OF THIS TELEVISION.

Outstanding picture. Rechargeable remote, no batteries, love it. Easy to use remote. Connects to Bluetooth sound bar quickly.

We are enjoying the sharpness and crispness of the picture!! It was very easy to set this 65" 4K Q7 smart tv on a mount, placed on the wall, for mobility.

I love my new television, not much of a difference from the one I purchased this past January except the remote and the stand. Only problem I had was the cost of the tv went down $100 less than a week after I purchased it. Other than that I love it.

Beautiful picture! Really brilliant. Sound is pretty good too. Love the ease of using apps and Alexa directly from the tv. Eliminated the need for a fire stick.
