I bought these completely unsure of what they’d be like, and they SO passed my expectations. They were amazing. My husband grilled them and wow! I will 100% buy them again.

So disappointed, very tough and chewy. The price was good but if they’re not enjoyable what’s the point. I’d rather pay a little more for better quality.

The chops were fresh juicy and succulent upon cooking. No lamb smell, I marinated them for 48 hrs with salt red pepper ginger garlic and olive oil and then roasted 8 mins in a ninja air fryer. Strongly recommend.

Nicely thick so easy to cook with outer sear and rare inside. Brush with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dash of tumeric and curry powder. You will think you are having dinner at the Kashba.

A wonderful alternative to beef! Lamb is still a treat fo us, just like a really good steak. These lamb chops occasionally suffer from not being uniformly cut, which requires more attention when cooking. However, they taste great when they are done.

The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful. Even our kids loved them! They kept saying they tasted like steak, but at a much better price. That's about the best compliment a family dinner can get. If you've never tried lamb before, don't be intimidated. These are easy to prepare and taste restaurant-quality right at home. We'll definitely be buying them again!
