Well, trimmed, fresh and delicious When seasoned And grilled. Serve with rice and fresh vegetable and it is Gourmet meal.

The bone within the lamb chop breaks into small pieces. I’m not sure if this is a result of how the Butcher cuts the meat. When you bite into the meat you get small pieces of bone.

Too small. More bone than meat. I used to get nice-sized big and meaty ones, when I lived in DC. Still, I was excited to find any lamb here at all, down in the land of pork everything. The 2 stars is for even just finding lamb here, in this region.

I buy the lamb chops all the time I like the small ones. There tender and bite size. We par them with homemade mashed potatoes Sam’s frozen broccoli and some cauliflower.

Very tender. Taste can be great or a little less than favorable compared to steak. Not sure if it is the spices or my mood. Sam's has been offering $3 off per lb, so great value. Probably won't buy at full price.

These are so great! I actually use these to feed my puppy a half an ounce a day to help her diet. And she loves them I cook them in coconut oil. So healthy.

Marinated these overnight and the next evening I placed them in my air fryer. They were so tender and delicious, that it made my toes curl while eating them! I felt that I got my money’s worth, and the chops were cut nice and thick.

As has become all too common with Sam's meats, these are packaged to look good on the top and be completely fatty on the bottom side. Sam's meats used to be good, but their prices continue to increase and the quality has become sub-par at best.

They were delicious on the grill. Marinate them overnight and don’t cook them directly over your coals So they cook slowly. They were very tender and delicious

I love lamb. I usually buy lamb chops but saw these for the first time and decided to give it a try. Still prefer lamb chops but this was good too. Would buy again.
