I broil thes for my husband’s breakfast. He loves them. I add some Spike seasoning and garlic powder and serve with mint jelly.

The chops were fresh juicy and succulent upon cooking. No lamb smell, I marinated them for 48 hrs with salt red pepper ginger garlic and olive oil and then roasted 8 mins in a ninja air fryer. Strongly recommend.

So disappointed, very tough and chewy. The price was good but if they’re not enjoyable what’s the point. I’d rather pay a little more for better quality.

As has become all too common with Sam's meats, these are packaged to look good on the top and be completely fatty on the bottom side. Sam's meats used to be good, but their prices continue to increase and the quality has become sub-par at best.

I was so looking forward to trying these. They looked great. I finally did and was very disappointed. They were very tough. I wouldn't try them again..

Marinated these overnight and the next evening I placed them in my air fryer. They were so tender and delicious, that it made my toes curl while eating them! I felt that I got my money’s worth, and the chops were cut nice and thick.

Very tender. Taste can be great or a little less than favorable compared to steak. Not sure if it is the spices or my mood. Sam's has been offering $3 off per lb, so great value. Probably won't buy at full price.

Nicely thick so easy to cook with outer sear and rare inside. Brush with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dash of tumeric and curry powder. You will think you are having dinner at the Kashba.
