I was not impressed. they were cut 1/4 inch thin. I had bought this kind previously, they were cut 1/2 inch thin.

Sam’s club has great prices on there beef and other meats and the ribs weren’t to thick just perfect cut size

The meat gentleman was extremely helpful in making my selection, great value in buying in large quantity.
