I am so glad they slice the rib steaks thinner.We don’t have the proper knives to slice the thick steaks in half. Especially with kids they cannot eat such large steaks.You will be selling the 3 packs however sliced in to 6 Sams will not be losing .I get my steaks at Publix because your in-house butcher refused slice the steaks for me.

Enjoyed the thinner steak as this is a better single portion size and was more tender than the ticker steaks.

I like buying in bulk and repackage when I get home. Nice packaging to get it home. Quality meat and butchers are often there to answer any questions.

These are really quite expensive per pound, BUT. I use them for quick breakfast steaks, or quick air frier meals (rinse, season and 400° for 8 minutes, flip at 4 minutes). Generally, they are consistent quality. Occasionally, there are lesser pieces hidden on the bottom. Cooking smaller, but still want a steak. These work well.

Purchased these to take camping. I usually get the filets but since we had some comeiing late, I thought these would be easy and quick to put on the grill with all the other sides ready to go. The meat was tough and I won’t be buying these again.

Thin ribeye steak was very tough. I understand that they are trying to make it affordable because thick ribeye are way too expensive but please use tender steak!
