I like buying in bulk and repackage when I get home. Nice packaging to get it home. Quality meat and butchers are often there to answer any questions.

The taste was fine but the web item has not mention of thickness of the cut. You would think it would be a pretty standard thickness. These were cur super thin like a breakfast steak.

The best cut of meat we’ve had in a while at a very reasonable price I might add.

Sliced way too thin, maybe 1/4 inch. Impossible to cook medium , it’s so thin it ends up well done. I did an online order with delivery and the website description didn’t say how thin it was. Since the regular ribeye is close to 2 inches thick, I assumed thin meant 1 inch. A waste of money,and very expensice.

We enjoyed the Member's Mark USDA Choice Angus Beef Ribeye Steak, thin cut. I purchased them because there were not any thicker cut steaks available at the time. These thin cut steaks were good, however, personally, we prefer the thick cut steaks better. We just like to bite into a thick piece of beef. As far as flavor, these steaks are just as good as the thicker cut beef. We prefer Sam's Club steaks over any other grocery store in town.

Was very tasty. We used this meat for Philly steaks.

The beef was not in good conditions , smell very bad.
