I paid for assembly, and no one ever came to assemble the bed for me. I contacted Walmart, and they said they don't offer this service after they took my money.

They assigned someone else to come to my house and the name of the pro on the app was not the name of the pro that came. He did a magnificent job but I wasn’t able to tip him because it wasn’t him who was assigned to the task.

The best and only thing I liked about this experience was Mr. Ron Meeks he did a great job putting the bed frame together and I enjoyed talking with him, he gets 5 stars.

my product was delivered outside the date confirmed by email so I was not at home and it was not assembled and I had paid for the assembly service, how will the assembly of the product be resolved ??

I had to reschedule the assembly due to it being set up for the day before the original delivery date. This was easy to do. The assembly Pro, Robert, was very friendly, experienced, and efficient.

No one ever came! The person first called to say they’d be late. Then they called saying they were having car troubles. Now I’m waiting 5-10 business days for a refund!

The man and woman who came from Angi to install the platform worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly but didn't talk much and went straight to work and finished in about 45 minutes and were gone.
