The “professional” couldn’t show up to the bed assembly for my 80 year old mother so I have to leave work so I can assemble the bed for my mom so she won’t sleep on the floor

The bed frame wasn’t delivered the day it said it was going to be so the handyman never preformed any work and I was still charged for work that wasn’t don’t I’ll be contacting for a refund

The person who came (Raul) was nice and very efficient. He really knows his job, he was very organized and finished quickly, and took care of the box in which the bed came.

The guy that came to put my bed together was great. Very polite, and nice. He really helped me out, took my mattress out of the box and put it on my bed. We took all the boxes and garbage to the dumpster. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

Purchased this bed also purchased the assembled service. Bed put together after 4th night bed dropped cracked, to find out this bed is being sold on Walmart, Target, and Amazon and its recall bed,

service worker was promptly on time and began right away, unfortunately the wrong parts were sent and the job could not be completed, it was no fault of this service. will use again

Mattress is too firm. Don’t understand why the description states that it’s memory foam. Took over a month to receive. Horrible experience. Will be getting rid of it. Do not buy unless you enjoy firmer beds.

It was supposed to happen this morning, went to check the Angi app for any messages and found out the date and time was changed! I have nobody to contact and I’m not happy!

Assembly service was great! He arrived on time and texted me before hand, so I felt more comfortable with a stranger coming into my own, as I am a young female and do live alone. He did a great job and was very nice! I would purchase this again.

We got a bed frame and he finished the service in 3hours, he also unboxed and placed our mattresses into the frame when that part wasn’t included in the order so he didn’t have to do that, but it was very much appreciated!
