Eric was nice enough and did a great job putting the bed frame together. However, he was scheduled from 2-3:30 PM and didn’t arrive until around 3:30 PM, but didn’t call to explain that he was going to be late or why, and he didn’t apologize…like AT ALL. He never told me why he was so late. Oh, and btw, we confirmed the 2 PM appointment time the day before so…🤷🏻♀️
