Although a cloud of dust almost took her out as soon as she opened the box to the box spring she carried on like a champ! She was very friendly and pretty fast! Definitely recommend for futur

Wonderful Worker, he took his time to do it, too bad the Frame was very heavy and he had to do it by himself. He took time to show me how to use the Remote, I truly Appreciate him.

Eric was nice enough and did a great job putting the bed frame together. However, he was scheduled from 2-3:30 PM and didn’t arrive until around 3:30 PM, but didn’t call to explain that he was going to be late or why, and he didn’t apologize…like AT ALL. He never told me why he was so late. Oh, and btw, we confirmed the 2 PM appointment time the day before so…🤷🏻‍♀️

Scheduled install date was nearly a week after delivery, so I rescheduled to day after scheduled delivery day. Installer not available so it was rescheduled 30 minutes before installer was scheduled to arrive to 5 days later. I did the install myself and cancelled this and received refund.

The service provider arrived punctually; however, he immediately communicated that the assembly would take longer than the estimated time provided by Angi. He then attempted to reschedule the completion of the job directly with me, citing other appointments he needed to attend. This created significant concern regarding the timely and proper completion of the service, especially after a 20-30 minute discussion where I questioned why my appointment should be affected by his subsequent schedule. I ultimately had to contact Angi directly to mediate the situation. While the technician proceeded with the assembly, the job felt rushed due to the earlier time constraints. Unfortunately, my daughter later brought to my attention that her bed was not securely assembled, leading her to feel unsafe. I subsequently had to go behind the technician to properly secure and finish the assembly myself. I am deeply concerned by the safety implications of an improperly assembled bed and the overall unprofessional handling of the appointment. Service is horrible I paid for a service that was never scheduled til this day I made my order 3 weeks ago and been given the run around since my product i received a week ago and no technician reached out to schedule an appointment also the angi representatives were rude and very unhelpful blaming Walmart for not producing the proper paperwork I even emailed them over the receipt showing the order date the and even provided when the merchandise was delivered and still no appointment to assemble

Angie Who is the seller of this service was unable to come up with anybody over 2 weeks to put the product together ended up doing it myself would not use them through any of the companies they Market through again I don't believe they charge enough money to pay the handyman

I did not receive information from Walmart to set up an appointment. on line I was given Angie's list. I was told that Angie's list doesn't do work for Walmart. Angie's list wanted $85_90 for the same job Walmart charges $72. I am disappointed.

The pro stopped halfway through assembling my bedframe, said his time was up and he had to go to his next job. He told me to call Angi, wait on the line for a while, and then they would assign someone else to come out and finish. I called Angi and they couldn't get someone back until 2 days later. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

The actual adjustable bed frame is great, but Angi assembly is awful. They kept canceling my appointment. I had to find another company to assemble. 10 business days later and I’m still waiting for my refund!
