The pro stopped halfway through assembling my bedframe, said his time was up and he had to go to his next job. He told me to call Angi, wait on the line for a while, and then they would assign someone else to come out and finish. I called Angi and they couldn't get someone back until 2 days later. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Angie Who is the seller of this service was unable to come up with anybody over 2 weeks to put the product together ended up doing it myself would not use them through any of the companies they Market through again I don't believe they charge enough money to pay the handyman

I did not receive information from Walmart to set up an appointment. on line I was given Angie's list. I was told that Angie's list doesn't do work for Walmart. Angie's list wanted $85_90 for the same job Walmart charges $72. I am disappointed.

I ultimately had to contact Angi directly to mediate the situation. While the technician proceeded with the assembly, the job felt rushed due to the earlier time constraints. Unfortunately, my daughter later brought to my attention that her bed was not securely assembled, leading her to feel unsafe. I subsequently had to go behind the technician to properly secure and finish the assembly myself. I am deeply concerned by the safety implications of an improperly assembled bed and the overall unprofessional handling of the appointment. The bed frame was delivered the wrong address, I never received it and called twice. But time I was told I would received a refund, I got an email stating I will not be receiving a refund because all information In your system states the bed frame was delivered. It was deliver to the wrong address!!!! I will be contacting my bank to stop payment. I will never order anything from Walmart and I be will telling everyone this company is a scram. Walmart service sucks!!. I NEVER RECIEVED THE BED FRAME i WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR IT!!!

Although a cloud of dust almost took her out as soon as she opened the box to the box spring she carried on like a champ! She was very friendly and pretty fast! Definitely recommend for futur

Angi sucks and they sent a technician who had no tools and refused to complete the job. Then they tried to give me a partial refund after a nightmare of 5 days trying to get the job completed. The worst. William was the tech.

My helper H Rosa was the best. He deserves a promotion for helping me with the loft bed I ordered from Walmart. He is a wonderful person and I hope he gets the recognition from Walmart as a talented builder. Thank you H Rosa

This bed is very sturdy and works as described. I am very happy with this purchase. I looked at a lot of adjustable beds before deciding on this one and I made a excellent choice. There are USB ports on both sides of the bed. The massage feature works great just a overall great purchase.

The assembly took far longer than the time he was allowed. Couldn't contact the company for more time. It took him 5 hours. He was kind enough to finish it anyway. I appreciate it more than I can say. He worked hard and was a gentleman in every sence. Thank you, Tim.
