not good communication, less than 1 hour b4 i was to have an angi service it was rescheduled on their end because they didnt have anyone to do the work.

Jolonda called and asked if she could come early. She was very professional and went above and beyond. She was nice and courteous. I am very satisfied.

The gentleman who put the frame together was from Angi.com. It only took him maybe 5 minutes to put it together. He even took the box to the apartment dumpster. I would gladly use him again.

The service was canceled. It is extremely hard to communicate with anyone. Walmart could not help! And I could not contact anyone. I am expecting a refund!

The Walmart professional came out to put the bed together and he did a great job he even clean behind him self when he was done putting the bed 🛏 together 👍💯💯💕💕

professional showed up on time as scheduled. he was polite and professional and did agreat job. completed the job in under an hour and took time to show me how it worked. highly recommend. would hire him again in a minute for assembly work

I paid for assemble and did not receive it. I requested a refund but I never received it. After many tries to get my two refunds for different pieces of merchandise I became frustrated and stop reaching out to you all.

The guy who assembled my queen sized floating bed frame was very friendly and even set up my new mattress as well after he was done, and he left me the instructions, which i didnt have to begin with and the guy got my bed together, he definitely deserves a raise or a bonus

I didn't like the time that was scheduled for me. 7pm in the evening. However, the installer about 2 hours before to see if he could actually come earlier and it was right on time because I was just in the middle of looking at the appointment reminder and wishing it was earlier. So he was able to reschedule 45 minutes earlier and was right on time! And was the kindest young man. And finished sooner than the estimated time. Assembly was perfectly done! And he left no mess. The estimated time allowed was 1 1/2 hours, he was done in about an hour or a little bit less than.

The professional damaged the bed frame during the assembly he left saying to contact Walmart to get a replacement of the damaged parts. I called Walmart customer service and a guy Pedro is his name said he can’t do anything and to contact Angi support I had to file a claim form and I still haven’t gotten a solution I have my bed frame with perforations because of the screw driver the guy in service used. Waste of the 72 dollars I paid for the service!
