From the meet and greet to the professionalism displayed I was very impressed with the help. I also needed a 2 second job done which consist of fixing a blind and hanging a small shelf and since there were 2 guys I paid an extra $20 each

The handyman canceled 1 hour before his scheduled time of arrival. He had confirmed the night before and we had organized our day around this assembly project. We were able to find a local handyman to do it instead. Still waiting for my refund

To start, he was on time. He got right to work and within a short time my bed frame was together and he went above and beyond and opened my mattress and set it on my frame! Excellent service, polite and fast.

They don't let you know when someone is coming and the bed has been here and no one has shown up or call or emailed to let me know when I should expect someone to arrive

i cancelled they're services and thier customer support when i spoke to the support team was pleasent. All though i rescheduled the time needed for it to be assemble, they never showed up. Thankfully the bed i ordered was an easy project.

He called me up and let me know when he would be there . He showed up the time he said he would. It did not take him long to to put the box spring together. I would highly recommend him .

Doug, the person who put the bed frame together, did excellent work - easy to work with even though Fed-Ex screwed up the shipment and wasted Doug's time
