The LN key is so small that it makes assembly so difficult. It would be nice if the LN key is long or the screws are changed.

The handyman canceled 1 hour before his scheduled time of arrival. He had confirmed the night before and we had organized our day around this assembly project. We were able to find a local handyman to do it instead. Still waiting for my refund

Angie List hires great workes; they are professional and they are well trained in their skill set. The guy who came to my home had good manners and he was polite.

To start, he was on time. He got right to work and within a short time my bed frame was together and he went above and beyond and opened my mattress and set it on my frame! Excellent service, polite and fast.

The woman they sent had no idea of what she was doing took her around 6 hours are more stopped counting after 5 ! Ended up redoing some of it my self and wish i would have just did it all

Had to contact the pro 4-5 times before getting any answer. Then they wanted to come at a different time than initially scheduled. Further, they didn't haul away the boxes after installing. Quality of work is subpar.
