The Angi assembly for the bed frame is ridiculous. Cancelled 30 minutes before the professional was supposed to show. And Automatically rescheduled for 3 days later. No attention to the people who scheduled their day around the appointment and were waiting.

15 minutes before the appointment and after confirming twice earlier that day, angi assembly cancelled. They said they couldn't get to us for four more days. This assembly was needed for an elder with medical issues and I had already taken time off from a new job to get this organized. I was afraid if we waited they would simply not show up again and we would have a medical situation while waiting. So I had to hire someone else. I will seek a refund from Walmart. Angi did not offer any flexibility even given the urgency of the situation.

Lucky to get Jose. He showed up early, was patient, professional, speedy, and super handy. Would definitely recommend him. But YMMV apparently, as reading some of the other reviews on the app beforehand had me a little concerned. My experience was great however, thank goodness.

horribld set up. not finished installing all screws and most not fully screwed in. bed is wobbly. guy almost didnt come for job accepted for 7am a week prior and then asked if he could leave for a different job he also was running late for and come back another time. very unprofessional i had a harf time keeping my cool. he may have just gad a rough day or two. but 7 am is not a time any install should be set for because its against most city and buildings rules not to mention way to early.

They are exceptional to communicate with. They do a quick job assembling the products if it’s in the order. I love shopping %26 Walmart is my number one to go to. Free shipping, you can’t go wrong. Easy returns if not to your liking, but that has not happened to me personally, but I have heard.

No-call, no-show. Couldn’t reach person responsible for assembly by phone, chat or text (neither could Angi), assembler lied and said they were at my home completing the job when they never arrived. I have since been refunded and put the bed frame together myself. Walmart should discontinue partnership with this fraudulent company immediately.

Thomas did our electric bed frame installation and build, that I bought through Walmart that was subed out to Angi for my install. Thomas was conscientious, cared, and just a sweet individual, very trustworthy, hard-working. And was in and out in a snap. Thomas tested everything and gave extra help as needed. Just a wonderful experience. we will request him when he's in our area again. if Thomas, you get this message, thank you. Best service in a long time that i've received.

Excellent contractor. Did the work of two persons, quickly and expertly assembled the bedframe and placed it inside the siderails of an antique four poster bed where it perfectly fit. Never thought I could afford an Angi contractor, so it was nice to see this service bundled with the price of the bedframe itself. Very pleased with contractor, who was respectful of my home and placed the mattress on the bedframe after it was assembled and showed me how the remote worked. It's always good to know that the device works perfectly after installation.

Do not do it! The job was done, however the person tried to get extra money by saying he needed 6 hours to assemble a twin day bed frame. To top it off, items were stolen from my home. Once the incident was reported, they took things very lightly and NOTHING was done . I wouldn’t recommend using Angi!

After being canceled and rescheduled multiple times on the day of I still ended up waiting hours as if they were going to come.I ended up putting it up myself. Later in the day I was contacted and told they needed to reschedule again! I already had the bed up and canceled the help a few days later! Absolutely ridiculous!
