Original appointment was cancelled by pro was going to be late, then cancelled again as their spouse died. The new pro Ronald M was scheduled. He came on time, was polite, professional and did the assembly within the time allotted. I highly recommend Mr. Ronald M. He is the only reason I did 5 stars.

Eric was nice enough and did a great job putting the bed frame together. However, he was scheduled from 2-3:30 PM and didn't arrive until around 3:30 PM, but didn't call to explain that he was going to be late or why, and he didn't apologize…like AT ALL. He never told me why he was so late. Oh, and btw, we confirmed the 2 PM appointment time the day before so…🤷🏻‍♀️

I absolutely love my bed. I thought the blue was gonna be darker, but it appears to be like a denim, but I love it anyways I just don't have a space for it to show out and shine.

I did not receive information from Walmart to set up an appointment. on line I was given Angie's list. I was told that Angie's list doesn't do work for Walmart. Angie's list wanted $85_90 for the same job Walmart charges $72. I am disappointed.

The bed frame was delivered the wrong address, I never received it and called twice. But time I was told I would received a refund, I got an email stating I will not be receiving a refund because all information In your system states the bed frame was delivered. It was deliver to the wrong address!!!! I will be contacting my bank to stop payment. I will never order anything from Walmart and I be will telling everyone this company is a scram. Walmart service sucks!!. I NEVER RECIEVED THE BED FRAME i WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR IT!!!

The pro stopped halfway through assembling my bedframe, said his time was up and he had to go to his next job. He told me to call Angi, wait on the line for a while, and then they would assign someone else to come out and finish. I called Angi and they couldn't get someone back until 2 days later. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

I ordered online queen bed frame and paid to have it installed to my bed. When the installer put it together, the frame is 3" or more wider than my bed. There is nothing wrong with the frame or the installer, come to find out there are queen bed frames 2" shorter both ways. Very dissatisfied bought a frame can't use and paid to have it installed. Now, I have to pay again to uninstall and reinstall another.

This bed is very sturdy and works as described. I am very happy with this purchase. I looked at a lot of adjustable beds before deciding on this one and I made a excellent choice. There are USB ports on both sides of the bed. The massage feature works great just a overall great purchase.
