Based on the service description, I understood that the installer would remove the packaging and trash after completing the installation. However, when the installer finished and I asked about taking the boxes and packaging, he told me that they do not provide that service because they are also an outside company contracted by Walmart.

Scheduled install date was nearly a week after delivery, so I rescheduled to day after scheduled delivery day. Installer not available so it was rescheduled 30 minutes before installer was scheduled to arrive to 5 days later. I did the install myself and cancelled this and received refund.

He then attempted to reschedule the completion of the job directly with me, citing other appointments he needed to attend. This created significant concern regarding the timely and proper completion of the service, especially after a 20-30 minute discussion where I questioned why my appointment should be affected by his subsequent schedule. I ultimately had to contact Angi directly to mediate the situation. While the technician proceeded with the assembly, the job felt rushed due to the earlier time constraints. Unfortunately, my daughter later brought to my attention that her bed was not securely assembled, leading her to feel unsafe. I subsequently had to go behind the technician to properly secure and finish the assembly myself. I am deeply concerned by the safety implications of an improperly assembled bed and the overall unprofessional handling of the appointment. The store dropped my bed frame in the box at the bottom of the stairs, and I live on a third floor. I had to break it in half and put it back together in my bed.So I could bring it up the stairs.It's pretty heavy. I'm sure the guy from angie's list would have done a fine job.I just didn't want sitting out there for someone to steal.

2 different professionals ditched the job. It was a simple bed-frame setup. It's large and heavy so I didn't want to do it alone. I left a message for the first guy and he didn't answer. Then I guess he declined the job so a different professional picked up the job. This guy even called me and asked to come earlier than the scheduled time which I approved, but never showed. I basically cleared my schedule and stayed home half the day from the earlier time he wanted to up until my original scheduled time to make sure I didn't miss him. Even called him to confirm if he was still coming. Of course he didn't answer. Even if either of them had the common decency to answer their calls and say they can't make it, I'd have been ok and make other arrangements and not waste half my day. No respect for people's time

I paid for assembly service, but nobody called or contacted me when they arrived. They left the very heavy item unattended in my apartment lobby and left without assembling it. I cannot safely move it to my apartment by myself. Please urgently send a team to bring it to my unit and complete the assembly at no additional charge. If this cannot be done, I want a full refund, including the assembly and delivery fees, and pickup of the item.

Did not show up %26 customer service was not good. I have to reach out multiple times about processing my refund. I ended up putting it together myself.

Service is horrible I paid for a service that was never scheduled til this day I made my order 3 weeks ago and been given the run around since my product i received a week ago and no technician reached out to schedule an appointment also the angi representatives were rude and very unhelpful blaming Walmart for not producing the proper paperwork I even emailed them over the receipt showing the order date the and even provided when the merchandise was delivered and still no appointment to assemble
