This bed is very sturdy and works as described. I am very happy with this purchase. I looked at a lot of adjustable beds before deciding on this one and I made a excellent choice. There are USB ports on both sides of the bed. The massage feature works great just a overall great purchase.

never show up and got an email that said "booking's cancelled or rescheduled within 2 hors of the bokking start time are charged the full booking cost" the problem is i never cancelled or rescheduled so i have to pay for a service i never got and i never called Angi i sheduled with Walmart and never again use the service i am very disappointed now who is responsible to do the service or refund my money this is absolutely ridiculous but for sure i never use Walmart service to assemble and definitely never call Angi

it's crazy that I slept extra money on a service that I never received. I have been waiting for the Angi company to come at their scheduled time and nobody shows up or can be contacted. I looked on the Angi app and it says that it was completed..I have been home waiting for nobody to show up. I want my money back asap!!!!

The assembly guy was not polite or courteous after entering my home. However more so then that is the fact that he didn't do the best job in assembling the bed frame. Less than 2 weeks later parts underneath the mattress started to become unattached. When just moving the frame not more than 5 inches.

We were scheduled for a crew to set up a new mechanized bed. A message was received today saying they couldn't make it. Would we accept tomorrow early afternoon ... No phone number was given to call back. We can't be here tomorrow until after 3pm. So ... You don't want me to say what I think of your phone system which has deprived us of the courtesy of scheduling and talking to a human being Your robotic system eans the lowest possible ranking, less than even one star. I expect to get NO more texts or emails. I expect a call from a human being correcting this situ.

Angi list is a scam.. they rescheduled my appointment 4 separate days then supposedly sent me a refund in which I have to wait 10 to 14 business days.. which is 2 to 3 weeks.. terrible terrible customer service..

Angi rescheduled and cancelled their "Pro" numerous times. They didn't actually have a pro availabel in my area. One month later, bed still not assembled. Don't waste your time or money with this useless service.

Assemble tech is mistakenly scheduled for July 2nd, 2026 from 9:30-10:30 pm, which an invalid dangerous and disrespectful appointment time, and without my agreement on that time of service.

Installer was late but did let me know he would be, took a little longer than expected but he did move boxes and clean up after himself which I liked. Headboard could have been a little tighter, I do not like that it is loose and moves a bit

Angie canceled four times because no one would pick up the order for my bedframe! I finally had to find someone else to do it, I don't know what I'm going to do with the mattress and box springs that are sitting on my porch
