I did not receive information from Walmart to set up an appointment. on line I was given Angie's list. I was told that Angie's list doesn't do work for Walmart. Angie's list wanted $85_90 for the same job Walmart charges $72. I am disappointed.

The bed frame was delivered the wrong address, I never received it and called twice. But time I was told I would received a refund, I got an email stating I will not be receiving a refund because all information In your system states the bed frame was delivered. It was deliver to the wrong address!!!! I will be contacting my bank to stop payment. I will never order anything from Walmart and I be will telling everyone this company is a scram. Walmart service sucks!!. I NEVER RECIEVED THE BED FRAME i WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR IT!!!

Eric was nice enough and did a great job putting the bed frame together. However, he was scheduled from 2-3:30 PM and didn't arrive until around 3:30 PM, but didn't call to explain that he was going to be late or why, and he didn't apologize…like AT ALL. He never told me why he was so late. Oh, and btw, we confirmed the 2 PM appointment time the day before so…🤷🏻‍♀️

Service is horrible I paid for a service that was never scheduled til this day I made my order 3 weeks ago and been given the run around since my product i received a week ago and no technician reached out to schedule an appointment also the angi representatives were rude and very unhelpful blaming Walmart for not producing the proper paperwork I even emailed them over the receipt showing the order date the and even provided when the merchandise was delivered and still no appointment to assemble

The pro stopped halfway through assembling my bedframe, said his time was up and he had to go to his next job. He told me to call Angi, wait on the line for a while, and then they would assign someone else to come out and finish. I called Angi and they couldn't get someone back until 2 days later. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Although a cloud of dust almost took her out as soon as she opened the box to the box spring she carried on like a champ! She was very friendly and pretty fast! Definitely recommend for futur

My helper H Rosa was the best. He deserves a promotion for helping me with the loft bed I ordered from Walmart. He is a wonderful person and I hope he gets the recognition from Walmart as a talented builder. Thank you H Rosa

Angi sucks and they sent a technician who had no tools and refused to complete the job. Then they tried to give me a partial refund after a nightmare of 5 days trying to get the job completed. The worst. William was the tech.

let's say you want them to come clean your house and it's going to cost you $350. you think you are going to get $350:worth of cleaning but actually the only pay the cleaner $80 who has to bring their own cleaning supplies. pay for the gas to get there and then out of that $350 they get $80 so of course they will be only doing $80 worth of cleaning. Angi pockets the rest. THEY SCAM THE WORKERS AND THE CUSTOMERS

Set-up of our Sven %26 Son bed set was rescheduled twice to where we would be waiting a week for it to be done. We'd already had our prior bed set hauled away. We found out after buying that it would be a local Angi contractor arranged by Walmart. We decided we would just do it ourselves and the set-up really wasn't that difficult. Then had to cancel the contractor ourselves and have our $72 fee refunded. It took 10 days to have it refunded but they did agree to it. I can't recommend the installation add-on unfortunately but we're happy with our overall existing with Walmart.
