I paid for assembly. The handyman was suppose to arrive between 9-11:30 he never showed Never answered his phone or text Angi handyman service could not send me someone else Terrible service

The Assembler left job half done..he never put slat brackets to hold slats in place..he screwed the middle drawer of canopy bed to the frame and I can't access the middle drawer for storage and he had wrong screws on bottom of frame.. AWFUL AND HE TOOK OVER 3 HOURS TO MESS MY CANOPY BED FRAME!

The assembly took far longer than the time he was allowed. Couldn't contact the company for more time. It took him 5 hours. He was kind enough to finish it anyway. I appreciate it more than I can say. He worked hard and was a gentleman in every sence. Thank you, Tim.

Do not waste your money to get your items assembled they go through Angie’s that company is so unprofessional and had a disrespectful man walking to my home walk he was talking on the phone and slamming items in my face I asked him to please leave respectfully before he even assembled my items

JUNK. Arrived damaged. Angi the assembly service partially assembled the bed, told me the parts were broken, and LEFT! Left the item partially asebled for me to then hire someone else to disassemble it. Then Walmart A.i. tells me the bed is not value for refund?? Hours and hours on the phone with customer service agents who know nothing about anything. They tell me to deliver it to ged ex or a store to return it if I want a refund? I had it DELIVERED because I do not have a car! So they promise me a service company will come to pick it up. ONE MONTH later no calls no company pick up and they refuse to refund me all my money?? Walmart is by far the most UNETHICAL SHADY SCAMMING company in the world. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them again. Their products are JUNK. This bed is made of particle board not real wood!! Angi assembly person. Walmart A.I. initially refused to refund or return then says I must return it to Walmart? (I don’t have a car and nearest Walmart is 20 miles away!). Then they agree to pick it up and 10 phone calls later no one knows anything about a pick up. Half assembled bed sits in my bedroom with no place for me to sleep.

It's pretty easy to assemble, and now it's been two months sleeping on it, and everything is great! Compare to orher wood planks that were used that just fell apart. This metal frame structure is pretty structure. Right now, its holding my weight. I'm

Set-up of our Sven %26 Son bed set was rescheduled twice to where we would be waiting a week for it to be done. We'd already had our prior bed set hauled away. We found out after buying that it would be a local Angi contractor arranged by Walmart. We decided we would just do it ourselves and the set-up really wasn't that difficult. Then had to cancel the contractor ourselves and have our $72 fee refunded. It took 10 days to have it refunded but they did agree to it. I can't recommend the installation add-on unfortunately but we're happy with our overall existing with Walmart.

Not sure if Im supposed to mention the name of the guy they(Angi) sent or not, so only giving his initials: RL. He took 4 hours to assemble 1 bedframe. He started with the headboard and didnt even have the headboard finished til 2 hours into it (granted it had hidden storage, lighting, and charging ports though so POSSIBLY just that complicated??). He asked 2 or 3 slightly personal questions that he shouldn't have ("Where you from?", etc) so I left the room. He then took so long that I was put in a terrible position: break my child's crucial doctor's appointment, or ask him to leave the job unfinished (he claimed he couldnt come back), or leave my 14 year old son and (mentally age 2) severely compromised adult sister here with this male assembler. Cancelling my other son's crucial medical appointment would've cost me a $280 less-than-24hrs-notice cancellation fee and delayed his urgent care so this whole situation (of the assembler taking 4 hours to do what I had thought would likely only take 90 minutes tops) really put me in a bind. I worried constantly while I was on the road and just kept texting my 14 year old for updates and then RL (the assembler) called me twice (while the doctor was literally midway speaking to me at my other son's medical appointment!) to ask me to log onto Angi and approve his request to be paid overtime or something to that effect. I anguished over how to handle this review because the end result: the bed looks great, he didn't directly harm anyone, but the stress was ridiculous and high cortisol (the stress hormone) damage to me is particularly bad due to the growths on my adrenal glands/Cushings Syndrome. If Im only rating the QUALITY of the job he gets 5 stars, but speed does matter and taken together with the personal questions, and the poorly timed calls: not a stellar experience overall for me personally but I also try to see it from his perspective, he worked 4 hours, neither of us intended for both events to interfere with the assembly (I personally didnt schedule either event whatsoever-both were automated and I was simply notified and they had seemed far enough apart not to interfere with each other), and he probably just thought he was making small talk not fully grasping that to a single female: certain questions take on a different tone when you already have my name, address and relationship status by default.

The bed frame was fine. The assembly person never showed up. I had to call them 3 times and they were not helpful at all. I paid $72 to have it assembled and still waiting for a refund. Walmart wasn't helpful at all either. They offer it when you buy the merchandise but that's it. "it's not their problem if another company doesn't show up".

I paid for assemble and did not receive it. I requested a refund but I never received it. After many tries to get my two refunds for different pieces of merchandise I became frustrated and stop reaching out to you all.
