This was the WORST install service I have ever encountered. The install was supposed to be completed by Angi.com If I could give zero stars, I would. Two days before the bed frame arrived they said it was delayed and switched my appointment to two days later. Fed Ex sent tracking that it was arriving on time. It took an act of Congress to to get a real human on the phone to get my original appointment back. The bed arrived on time. The next day we waited for Angie’s install to arrive. At the time the person was to arrive, I got an e-mail stating that the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to the next week. It took another act of Congress to get a human in the phone at Angi’s again to cancel the rescheduled install. I asked why it was rescheduled. He said the “pro” took himself off the job. Now I have the fight ahead of me to try to get the fee I paid for the install that never happened. RUN from anything Angie’s.com.

The bed frame was done in a good speed. It wasn’t rushed. The man made sure that it support my room. He even moved things around for me since I’m 8 months pregnant. His wife also called and had the time adjusted and stayed in communication with me until they got to my address. They were very professional.

The bed was dropped off across the street from my house. No one notified me that the delivery date for the bed had been changed AGAIN to today until well after it was left at the wrong address. I paid for the installation service that I did not receive. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my bed from the post office. WHY WOULD YOUR DRIVER THINK THAT THIS WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO? If your driver left it at a neighbors house and I get ripped off for the bed, thetes going to be helm to pay. There is no excuse for such thoughtlessness.

I was not able to use angi for this service bc we had to cancel the order. the wm app switched our delivery address... maybe I entered it incorrectly?... something. the order was having it sent to my address and it was supposed to go to my mom's. however, I gave them 5 stars bc I've used their services before and the contractors they allow have always been great in my book. if Walmart trusts them, I will continue to trust them.

So far a very easy and simple process Angi professional schedules as the shipment is moving thru, as well as adjustable bed so many moving parts so professional assembly along with 4 yr Allstate protection plan to sleep sound and experience refreshing comfort

David did a wonderful job installing my bedframe. Was super quick and professional. Highly recommended. Bedframe Came out better than I expected!

no one called to set this up so I put bed together by myself. then somepne suddenly showed up. terrible communications.

My guy was extremely mentally sharp, quick moving, nice, accommodating, energetic, %26 FUN! Great experience!!

Tech did excellent job putting up frame and even trying to help troubleshoot why bed %26 remote not working

Angi has stood me up without notification 3x now. I am hoping this 4th booking is successful. I have now been waiting 9 days to get my bed done and it still hasn’t been done.
