This bed frame is very very nice. Also, does not need a boxspring. How ever I will not recommend the company who was to put the bed frame together, the person never, I mean, never showed. Nor, did the company he worked with call me to tell me was not coming. I had to find an unknown person to put the bed frame together.

The gentleman came early and quickly assembled the motorize bedframe. He gave me a bit of advice. He said I did the right thing not opening the package. If you do that little things you need can get lost easily. He was very professional to bad it was his last day because I tried to get a card so I could hire him for other jobs

I was not able to use angi for this service bc we had to cancel the order. the wm app switched our delivery address... maybe I entered it incorrectly?... something. the order was having it sent to my address and it was supposed to go to my mom's. however, I gave them 5 stars bc I've used their services before and the contractors they allow have always been great in my book. if Walmart trusts them, I will continue to trust them.

I paid $900 for a BED, MATTRESSES, and ASSEMBLY. I have 2 mattresses and thats it. No one is giving me any answers. They want me to call seller. What does Wal-Mart get paid for. I am not chasing this down. Come get the mattresses and give me a refund today!

This was the WORST install service I have ever encountered. The install was supposed to be completed by Angi.com If I could give zero stars, I would. Two days before the bed frame arrived they said it was delayed and switched my appointment to two days later. Fed Ex sent tracking that it was arriving on time. It took an act of Congress to to get a real human on the phone to get my original appointment back. The bed arrived on time. The next day we waited for Angie’s install to arrive. At the time the person was to arrive, I got an e-mail stating that the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to the next week. It took another act of Congress to get a human in the phone at Angi’s again to cancel the rescheduled install. I asked why it was rescheduled. He said the “pro” took himself off the job. Now I have the fight ahead of me to try to get the fee I paid for the install that never happened. RUN from anything Angie’s.com.

This is NOT THE FAULT OF THE ASSEMBLER! The item to be assembled was returned and refunded days before the assembler showed up. Why they were not notified of this I do not know, NOW ANGI is harassing us through email about this, MANY A DAY, when they were emailed back that the receiver DIED!!!! Will not ever order 3rd party from Walmart again, and will never use ANGI!!!!

installation purchased. it was through ANGIE'S. two bed frames installed. As installer was leaving I asked if they worked... installer reply "I don't know I just put them together I don't work with electricity! besides they did not provide batteries for the remotes (2 frames ordered) I provided batteries and only one bed worked. the ANGIE'S installer left. UPON READING THE MANUAL I SAW THAT THE FRAMES MUST BE PAIRED WITH THE REMOTES. I PURCHASED THE INSTALLATION BECAUSE I AM NOT SAVY WITH TECHNICAL SKILLS. again the reason I purchase the installation. I shouldn't have to say but I will that the installation by Angie's should have been tested by the installer to avoid all this grief with the bed frame not working. ALSO purchased on the same order a set of bed rails. which they came to install before the bedframes were here. Walmart I realize this is not your fault but Angie's and the seller of the frames. I am extremely happy with your customer service techs as they go out of their way to make things RIGHT! Thank you!

I made specific instructions on when person should arrive due to scheduling conflicts with doctors appointment was scheduled for 1 pm with specific person to do the work. confirmation email asked me to contact worker about required tools but website link to do that didn't work. on day of appointment a different person arrived at wrong time while I was in middle of doctors appointment and he didn't speak English and when he was done he left a mess and didn't remove boxes bedframe and mattress came in. I informed the customer service agent from Angie's and was told my assembly fee would be refunded

I didn't like the time that was scheduled for me. 7pm in the evening. However, the installer about 2 hours before to see if he could actually come earlier and it was right on time because I was just in the middle of looking at the appointment reminder and wishing it was earlier. So he was able to reschedule 45 minutes earlier and was right on time! And was the kindest young man. And finished sooner than the estimated time. Assembly was perfectly done! And he left no mess. The estimated time allowed was 1 1/2 hours, he was done in about an hour or a little bit less than.
