My pro never showed, when asked for a refund instead of rescheduling (only day I had available) I went through three different people and they were rude and unprofessional. This was a headache of a process. Finally, I was told I would get a full refund… I have yet to receive one. Take my advice put the bed together yourself…. It looks overwhelming, but watch the YouTube video, it’s pretty easy. Do not use Angi, save your money, and yourself a unnecessary headache.

(Photos Attached). The worker who was arranged to assemble my bedframe together didn't know how to put some of the parts together, so i tried to help get him started. He still didn't finish even half of the project. The worker had left it inconplete and asked for more money $$. I said i had already pre-paid for this service, and then he left. The end result is of me having to still sleep out on the couch, an incomplete bedframe, and I was ripped off of $78! Also, the phone number to Walmart's 3rd party home furniture assembly services, in which the customer service agent had given to me, is OUT-OF-SERVICE %26 DOESN'T EVEN work at all!

First of all Walmart did not ship all the boxes together for daybed so the pro couldn’t assemble my daybed. I didn’t realize we were missing a box bc Walmart didn’t tell me to expect 2 boxes they only shipped one. Didn’t realize this till the pro went to assemble it. I don’t think I should be charged for this when clearly the Daybed couldn’t be put together. The pro was here for an hour as he was trying only to discover a box was missing by fault of Walmart. Thus I cannot rate this service as it is not complete Update on this I received the missing box last night n am still waiting to be contacted to see when the job can be completed.

Our bed assembly handy person appointment was canceled by Angie through Walmart at the absolute last minute! This was a huge inconvenience since I had blocked off my entire day for this appointment. Customers should be given a choice of timing which we were not, and then Angie rescheduled this appointment without consulting us whether the new rescheduling would suit our schedule or not. Due to all this inconsideration we had to cancel the handy person appointment. Angie needs to do a much better job re customers to have direct contact numbers for handy persons so customers can text or call the Angie Service provider since sometimes especially for elderly people it’s difficult to access websites for cancellation.

Third times a charm?? That’s how many times it takes for Angie list to send out someone who can assemble a bedframe 3× one time the person didn’t show up at all second time the handyman chose not to put it together the third time the handyman or person put it together easily and was done quickly But quite a problem

John was right on time and went right to work putting the bed together. Clean, respectful and knew what he was doing. Cleaned everything up and put packaging into the recycle. Problem though with one of the legs. We didn't notice it until just after he left. The leg doesn't sit straight on one of the corners. He said he would come back and fix it the next day but hasn't shown yet.

My assembly person had to change the time the company picked automatically from 12:30 to 6pm which was perfect! I didn't have to leave work early and had time to empty the area he'd be working in. He came in and within 30 minutes, he was finished. Great professionalism and even discarded the big, heavy box my bed came in. He brought his own tools and did a great job at putting my bed together. I highly recommend utilizing this service because it takes the worry out of wondering what goes where. THANK YOU! 🩷

This guy so Justin did good as far as the work goes. Bed looks%26feels good! Conversation %26 other things he could do better with. Be professional,positive%26enthusiastic sir. It's not a dating service. Some questions %26 things shouldn't of been said.

this young man, Marie , was speedy and fast. he was assigned to build a steel bed frame, then inset my electric bed into it for more stability. he said it won't need the support straps on the bed frame. so l am sure they put them in the box ,? so for that reason , I give him 3 stars because he knows better than the designer. since this bed was designed for supporting anvelectric bed. Now as for Angi app, the communication between the angi app and handy person is very bad. he was to arrive at 10 am, but did not return any of our messages unti 630pm. So I had to wait all day. and he gave excuses why he was late, saying; other job took longer. I wont use Angi again. Angi stars 1. he left the box of support bars under the bed in a box.

I ordered a queen size bed frame for my disabled Vet brother. The bed frame was elaborate with compartments and led head board and storage draws connected to the foot board. The service was prompt and my brother was so impressed with the tech. He said he thought he could to it until he saw the guy with all the electric tools that zipped along in a zippy. My brother is not easy to impress. So, the guy must have been superman.
