ANGI contractor left us hanging for the whole day. Promised to be here the next day at 9am. Ha! 2 of his crew show up finally. Open the box for the bed. Call their boss who tells ME that the $$ ANGI is paying him is not enough. THEY LEAVE! Spent 30 minutes trying to get someone at ANGI. Again, promise a contractor in 3 days. What a horrible experience! And….it ain’t over yet! Even one star is being generous.

I couldn’t believe when he told he he was finished it was so quick and quiet, very sturdy well put together, no messy clean up, he asked where I would like the bed frame was very professional,Friendly personality,very respectful of property. I am overall pleased with the outcome.

Through Walmart Plus,I bought a bed and assembly.Angi canceled twice and on third scheduling canceled again saying they didn't have anyone in the area that could do it and would refund my money. If I'd known this, I wouldn't have gotten rid of my old bed for a bed I'm physically unable to put together. To top it off, I also ordered a new mattress. I NEED HELP 😫 Why did Angi take my order than have me wait for them 3 times before saying they couldn't help 😒 Now, I'm still sleeping on my couch with a heavy bed in a box that I physically CANNOT put together and a new mattress that does me no good without the bed. I don't think I will DEPEND on Any assembly again 😕 I'm So SORRY I feel that way, 😢 but I thought this was a sure deal when I ordered all this stuff. I would have never ordered it if I'd known!! Horrible service guy cancelled my appointment because he was running 20 mins late and I called him he stated he’s sluggish because he got in a car accident so he got mad cause I asked him what time he would be here my appointment was at 1 he said he will be here in a hour %26 the half. So I said that wasn’t the time of my appointment that was scheduled he hung up the phone and canceled my assemble called trying to get a different pro to come out the same day they couldn’t satisfy me so I got a refund and asked a family member. Angi is very unprofessional never will get anything else assemble with them

My Angi pro Frank was kind and very passionate about his work. He was punctual, removed his shoes before coming in the house, and even took the box to the dumpster once he finished assembling my daughter's bed frame. I'm satisfied with the service Angi provided, and will definitely request Frank again whenever I need furniture assembled.

Please refund set up charge. Box was left in driveway, labels were left on all frame pieces, and headboard was installed backwards with hardware on inside-dangerous! I will now have to hire someone to correctly assemble. This makes me furious as I also tipped him!

While hesitant to try the service I was eager to purchase a new bed frame however I was not very eager at making an attempt to assemble said bed frame. So I opted to have someone do the job for me. And I'm so glad that I did! The person that came out, Zachary, was able to come out to my home early and was able to quietly assemble the bed frame while I made brownies and did the dishes. He fit all the small nuts and bolts together quite quickly yet efficiently as I've been able to use the bed frame and not had any issues and it's now going on day 5 since it's assembly.

I’ve decided I will never pay for an assembler to come over again! I believe that if I’m expecting an order, the assembler should be available the same day or the next—not leave me waiting 3 to 4 days to set it up. That really upset me because I already had to wait for the product itself, and then I had to wait even longer for someone to put it together. No Thank you

screws werent in correctly, pieces of hardware were left untouched in package. Some boards didnt even have a screw in them at all. I am 5ft, 125lbs and the bed kept breaking bc of that reason. I eneded up purchasing an electric screw driver and redoing the assembly myself. Paid for an assembly that i had to end up doing. Defeated the purpose and wasted money.

Difficult to coordinate and get support since Angi is not integrated with Walmart. Service person never showed and I think I will still be charged. Terrible experience. I will never order anything from Walmart again that requires help with setup or installation.
