Very, very, very disappointed with this service. Handyman arrived but stated he was only told to complete 1-bed. Although, I purchased 2-bedframes and 2-assembly services. I was overcharged for 4-assembly services. Waiting for my refund -requested refund 2-times so far. Had to hire an associate to assemble the 2nd bedframe and pay him. I will Not use this service again. Love Walmart but disappointed with this assemby service.

The bedframe set-up was well organized from the purchase of the bed %26 the set-up being added on. Shortly we were contacted by Angi to assign a worker for the job. We communicated with that worker %26 confirmed the date %26 hour through the Angi App. The worker was punctual, clean, organized and efficient. Very professional.

First of all Walmart did not ship all the boxes together for daybed so the pro couldn’t assemble my daybed. I didn’t realize we were missing a box bc Walmart didn’t tell me to expect 2 boxes they only shipped one. Didn’t realize this till the pro went to assemble it. I don’t think I should be charged for this when clearly the Daybed couldn’t be put together. The pro was here for an hour as he was trying only to discover a box was missing by fault of Walmart. Thus I cannot rate this service as it is not complete Update on this I received the missing box last night n am still waiting to be contacted to see when the job can be completed.

I’ve decided I will never pay for an assembler to come over again! I believe that if I’m expecting an order, the assembler should be available the same day or the next—not leave me waiting 3 to 4 days to set it up. That really upset me because I already had to wait for the product itself, and then I had to wait even longer for someone to put it together. No Thank you

Charlie was the Angi Pro who came to assemble my bed. He was courteous and polite. He took the time to look at the instructions and double checked because some of the pics were not the same as the actual product. Angi should have more people like him to assemble items for your home. And no I was not paid for this review or part of a promotion.

Thomas did our electric bed frame installation and build, that I bought through Walmart that was subed out to Angi for my install. Thomas was conscientious, cared, and just a sweet individual, very trustworthy, hard-working. And was in and out in a snap. Thomas tested everything and gave extra help as needed. Just a wonderful experience. we will request him when he's in our area again. if Thomas, you get this message, thank you. Best service in a long time that i've received.

I paid this company to assemble a Murphy bed that came in a box, thinking I was purchasing a complete assembly service. Nowhere during the booking process was it made clear that the service was limited to only 1.5 hours, regardless of whether the job was finished or not. After working for exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes, the assembler told me he had to leave because “that’s all the time I paid for.” He had only completed 17 out of 63 steps of the assembly! Then he told me I’d have to reschedule and pay more money just to get the job done. This is an absolute scam. If you're going to sell "assembly services," it should be clearly stated that it’s based on time, not completion. No reasonable person would expect a complicated Murphy bed to be fully assembled in 90 minutes, and had I known that, I would have never hired this company. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I want my money back. I paid for a service that was never fully delivered and was never properly explained. Avoid this company at all costs.

My Angi pro Frank was kind and very passionate about his work. He was punctual, removed his shoes before coming in the house, and even took the box to the dumpster once he finished assembling my daughter's bed frame. I'm satisfied with the service Angi provided, and will definitely request Frank again whenever I need furniture assembled.

I called Angi's List an hour and a half before 4:00 when the gentleman was supposed to be here. He told the representative that he would be late. I sat down in the lobby on my walker until 4:20. I called 5 minutes before 6:00 pm to see what had happened. Carlos, the gentleman to put my bed together, said he came by and could not reach me. Walmart is good for the most part, however, contracting with Angi's list is not a wise move at all. This is the second someone from Angi's list, has tried to pull a fast one!

screws werent in correctly, pieces of hardware were left untouched in package. Some boards didnt even have a screw in them at all. I am 5ft, 125lbs and the bed kept breaking bc of that reason. I eneded up purchasing an electric screw driver and redoing the assembly myself. Paid for an assembly that i had to end up doing. Defeated the purpose and wasted money.
