The cost was to high for assembly that didn’t require much. Please be aware of paying a price for something that’s just not worth it. Also, I canceled and requested a refund that still has yet to come back to my account . I will not recommend, not for the small things. Usually when you buy things from walmart.com all the twos and equipment that you need to put it together with instructions are already in the box.

I put my on bed together some person came later to my house to put my rail together no one said this I thought this was so misleading I thought its down and sent to me already together such a miscommunication $72 charged for something more simple then I thought highway robbery

I am paralyzed and the first appointment for my hospital bed assembly was cancelled 30 minutes before he was supposed to come. Another appointment was set up for me 2 days later but my son and my sister put the bed together because they were afraid of another cancellation. I tried to cancel the assembly appointment and they said it was too late to cancel it. They only wanted to give me a credit towards another service even though my first appointment with them was cancelled 30 minutes before he was supposed to come. I gave them a 23 hour notice. I'm hoping that I will be receiving the credit towards another service. I haven't seen anything so far.

ANGI contractor left us hanging for the whole day. Promised to be here the next day at 9am. Ha! 2 of his crew show up finally. Open the box for the bed. Call their boss who tells ME that the $$ ANGI is paying him is not enough. THEY LEAVE! Spent 30 minutes trying to get someone at ANGI. Again, promise a contractor in 3 days. What a horrible experience! And….it ain’t over yet! Even one star is being generous.

The Handy bed assembly service does not pay for the bed to be put together. The assembler comes to your house, tells you there's a problem and that he is not paid to put a bed together. But while he's there talking and doing nothing you are being charged and if he's there 15 minutes you don't get your money back. It's quite a racket. Do not pay for this service! Your just giving the company money for nothing!!!!!

I couldn’t believe when he told he he was finished it was so quick and quiet, very sturdy well put together, no messy clean up, he asked where I would like the bed frame was very professional,Friendly personality,very respectful of property. I am overall pleased with the outcome.

Contractor left all the trash scattered around the room. I nearly stepped on a screw lying on the floor. Then found an unopened pack of lock washers amongst the trash. The bedframe broke as I went to lay down. Faulty construction or was it not assembled correctly. Contractor was on his phone entire time, either taking or making calls.

Through Walmart Plus,I bought a bed and assembly.Angi canceled twice and on third scheduling canceled again saying they didn't have anyone in the area that could do it and would refund my money. If I'd known this, I wouldn't have gotten rid of my old bed for a bed I'm physically unable to put together. To top it off, I also ordered a new mattress. I NEED HELP 😫 Why did Angi take my order than have me wait for them 3 times before saying they couldn't help 😒 Now, I'm still sleeping on my couch with a heavy bed in a box that I physically CANNOT put together and a new mattress that does me no good without the bed. I don't think I will DEPEND on Any assembly again 😕 I'm So SORRY I feel that way, 😢 but I thought this was a sure deal when I ordered all this stuff. I would have never ordered it if I'd known!! They never showed for the first appointment. I got a text 4 minutes before the scheduled arrival informing me. They rescheduled next appointment for 9:00 PM on a Saturday. I didn’t notice the appointment was at night, when I called Saturday AM to find out where their assembler was I was informed he’d arrive 9:00 PM. No thanks. I cancelled and assembled the daybed on my own. I’ll never use Handy again.
