Horrible service guy cancelled my appointment because he was running 20 mins late and I called him he stated he’s sluggish because he got in a car accident so he got mad cause I asked him what time he would be here my appointment was at 1 he said he will be here in a hour %26 the half. So I said that wasn’t the time of my appointment that was scheduled he hung up the phone and canceled my assemble called trying to get a different pro to come out the same day they couldn’t satisfy me so I got a refund and asked a family member. Angi is very unprofessional never will get anything else assemble with them

I paid this company to assemble a Murphy bed that came in a box, thinking I was purchasing a complete assembly service. Nowhere during the booking process was it made clear that the service was limited to only 1.5 hours, regardless of whether the job was finished or not. After working for exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes, the assembler told me he had to leave because “that’s all the time I paid for.” He had only completed 17 out of 63 steps of the assembly! Then he told me I’d have to reschedule and pay more money just to get the job done. This is an absolute scam. If you're going to sell "assembly services," it should be clearly stated that it’s based on time, not completion. No reasonable person would expect a complicated Murphy bed to be fully assembled in 90 minutes, and had I known that, I would have never hired this company. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I want my money back. I paid for a service that was never fully delivered and was never properly explained. Avoid this company at all costs.

For one, the handy man was late by several hours for the first appointment. I had to cancel. The he was also late for the second appointment. He put the bed frame together in about an hour and it seemed well-done, but when I had to take the bed frame apart myself for the return due to the bed frame being improperly sized and not fitting my mattress at all, I found almost every single screw was stripped and there were scratches all over the bed frame from being damaged during assembly. Product and this service were a nightmare.

Jim was amazing. He was quick, friendly and respectful. Was a little nervous about having someone come to put together the bed frame I purchased, and was very relieved with how things went. If I ever have to use this service again I really hope that I either get Jim again. Definitely worth the piece of mind that your furniture was put together correctly.

First of all Walmart did not ship all the boxes together for daybed so the pro couldn’t assemble my daybed. I didn’t realize we were missing a box bc Walmart didn’t tell me to expect 2 boxes they only shipped one. Didn’t realize this till the pro went to assemble it. I don’t think I should be charged for this when clearly the Daybed couldn’t be put together. The pro was here for an hour as he was trying only to discover a box was missing by fault of Walmart. Thus I cannot rate this service as it is not complete Update on this I received the missing box last night n am still waiting to be contacted to see when the job can be completed.

This guy so Justin did good as far as the work goes. Bed looks%26feels good! Conversation %26 other things he could do better with. Be professional,positive%26enthusiastic sir. It's not a dating service. Some questions %26 things shouldn't of been said.

It's supposed to be a platform bed which he must've reversed it and he left without taking any of the garbage with him so it's still sitting in my hallway and my bed is about 8 inches off the floor. I have to buy a whole new bed because I can't afford to have it taken apart and thrown in the garbage and I need a bed. I can sleep in sooner than later so I ordered a new set white glove service from Flanigan and I know it'll be done right set up my bedframe did it completely wrong? screws werent in correctly, pieces of hardware were left untouched in package. Some boards didnt even have a screw in them at all. I am 5ft, 125lbs and the bed kept breaking bc of that reason. I eneded up purchasing an electric screw driver and redoing the assembly myself. Paid for an assembly that i had to end up doing. Defeated the purpose and wasted money.

totally worthless. Made an appointment Saturday at 3:00 p.m. ... they scheduled this a week after receiving merchandise. Stayed home from vacation for this and 15 minutes before they were to come, they send a text that they have to reschedule for a week later. NEVER again... My son and I put it together with ease.

My Angi pro Frank was kind and very passionate about his work. He was punctual, removed his shoes before coming in the house, and even took the box to the dumpster once he finished assembling my daughter's bed frame. I'm satisfied with the service Angi provided, and will definitely request Frank again whenever I need furniture assembled.
