Trying to figure out how I paid $65 for 3 lbs of beef. Bought 18 lbs trimming the flat and point I had a yield of about 3lbs of meet. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The brisket I ordered was $74.00 The one I received was 159.00. I know it says weight will vary but twice the size I thought I was getting, come on! I won't make that mistake again, I will never order meat for delivery again!

I've used Sam's Angus brisket everytime I've had a cookout and I always have insane reviews for my brisket. Respect the meat and cook it right, you can't go wrong!

Best brisket we have ever bought. It’s worth it to pay a few cent more per pound at Sam’s than the ones you get at Brookshire’s or Walmart for less. You get what ya pay for!

Just smoked 6 briskets for my son's graduation party. Everyone left with meat sweats. barely anything left. Have purchased several briskets and everyone has been awesome. Will continue to buy meat from Sam's.

Purchased two whole briskets to make Jewish pastrami from scratch. Fantastic success. Could not be happier. Have been fortunate to purchase economical quality meats at Sam's.

I'm a fan of Sam's brisket, but the description for a case mentions 5-7 pieces per case, when in reality it's 4-5. You are generally getting more briskets in the 20lb range.

I got an 18 pound brisket for a great price, $2.50/pound. I used curbside pickup so I didn’t choose it myself. But I was shocked at how much fat was on this piece. I don’t mean marbling, I mean big hunks of solid white fat, up to 4 inches thick. After I trimmed the big chunks of fat off, I only had 12 pounds of brisket, and that was still quite fatty. That means I threw away 6 pounds of solid fat! It made great pastrami, but it was a lot of work to cut off all the excess fat.

I bought one of these for Thanksgiving thinking it would be amazing for the holiday. I opened the plastic and immediately smelled chlorine bleach. The meat and the fat absorbed the flavor of the bleach water it was packed in and never again will I buy anything that does not come vacpacked. Cooked for 14 hours and the smell still had a bleachy air to it. Today, I reheated it and again, tasted like bleach. I am never doing one of these again as apparently these "quality" meats are full of chlorine bleach. The quality of meat coming from Sam's is reprehensible. It isn't just the beef that has that chlorine smell. Never again.

Meat was rotten in the middle when we cut it. Tried to return and they refused.
