Way too much fat on it this time

This was a great price for a great cut of meat.

For the cost the briskts i bought this time were very fatty

Meat was rotten in the middle when we cut it. Tried to return and they refused.

I've bought a lot of meat at this store with good results until this beef brisket purchase. It must have been cut up by a newbee because after removing the 40% fat on it, you can barely tell the point fron the flat. One cut looks like it was done during the slaughter process. This meat also had a tendon that wasn't on any other briskets I've trimmed up. The prices here are good but after this experience, I'm having second thoughts.
