Smoked this brisket in a Kamado for 9 hours with pecan. Let it rest for 3 hours wrapped in a cooler. Many complements. One of the best I've cooked.

Just smoked 6 briskets for my son's graduation party. Everyone left with meat sweats. barely anything left. Have purchased several briskets and everyone has been awesome. Will continue to buy meat from Sam's.
