I’ve purchased several briskets here excellent quality of beef, but sometimes there’s a lot of fat to trim.

The brisket I ordered was $74.00 The one I received was 159.00. I know it says weight will vary but twice the size I thought I was getting, come on! I won't make that mistake again, I will never order meat for delivery again!

This was more than a dollar cheaper than ground beef so I brought it home and trimmed it to make ground beef. It's deliscious and I manage how much fat goes into it. I live that I have that control.

Top choice brisket! I smoked this on my pellet grill for 16 hours. It came out almost buttery smooth. I will do this again! A great tasty bit of beef!

too many errant cuts by the butcher not visible until unpacked form the vacuum pack.

This one had so much fat that had to be removed, it really wasn’t as large as I needed it be after cutting it away

More fat less meat than there was two years ago but once you trim and smoke it it’s good, but the competition is a lot worse

Checked prices all over town and Sam's was the best. Not only that, the brisket looked better than other locations.
