The quality of the meat was great. Problem I had when ordering it online, I thought I was getting a 20lb brisket. When I picked it up, it was only 13. Didn't notice it till I got home so partly my fault but the advertising could have been better.

I've used Sam's Angus brisket everytime I've had a cookout and I always have insane reviews for my brisket. Respect the meat and cook it right, you can't go wrong!

Fall off the bone good. Smoked for 6 hours on 220. 3 hours open to smoke, 2 hours wrapped in foil with apple juice, and 1 hour open to smoke to finish.

A good price per Lb for a fairly lean brisket.

Trimmed off the fat and lost 1/3 of the brisket to waste. Don't waste your money, buy prime.

I picked up 2 briskets. One was great and what you would expect for being "Prime". The second had a huge fat section between the point and flat. Tried to cut it out but it really deformed the brisket.

I've bought a lot of meat at this store with good results until this beef brisket purchase. It must have been cut up by a newbee because after removing the 40% fat on it, you can barely tell the point fron the flat. One cut looks like it was done during the slaughter process. This meat also had a tendon that wasn't on any other briskets I've trimmed up. The prices here are good but after this experience, I'm having second thoughts.

Great product for a cheaper price. The brisket was delicious and tender. Found out after I got home they charged me tax even though I had set my account up as tax exempt. Tried to call, no one EVER answered. Don’t know that I’ll use my membership again.

The Choice brisket is great for experimenting with a new rub on an overnight smoke. To boost the flavor and bring it closer to a Prime brisket, I add beef tallow when I wrap it at around 165°F.
