Shark Matrix Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum with 60 Day Dock

Best ever.  Does a fantastic job cleaning. Wasn’t sure at first as it is so quiet but was amazed after a few days.

Great Additiion

Gets lost a lot going back to the base and recently it stops about a foot in front of the base and just sits there until the battery dies.

Work beautiful and easy set up. I did have an issue with electric cords under the bed. I do need to remedy that issue.

We are thrilled with the Shark after fighting with the Roomba.  This thing does the job and has been just perfect.

Excellent little vacuum the only issue I have with it is connectivity with my modem I am still unable to get it to connect.

Awesome vacuum

This is an excellent robot vacuum. Relatively quiet, sel-emptying and the mapping feature works great!  Easy to identify specific rooms to vacuum.

Seems to work well I like it because it maps out the room before you run it . Also it can be controlled by the app on your phone

Works great

I bought this for my elderly parents. Bad move since they don't have smart phones and without one this robot doesn't work. It has to connect to wi-fi, you have to have the app to get it to work, it takes forever to get set up and forever to do its job. It failed as something that could've helped my parents and we were all disappointed. So I brought it to my house to use while I decided whether to keep it or not. It took forever and was very complicated to get working and it took over 2 hours(!) to vacuum my home and even then it didn't do everything it had mapped. It also kept returning to the docking base but I'm unsure whether it was to recharge or empty. 

Bottom line, it's not a vacuum for those who aren't tech savvy, it takes forever to clean a house, just not something I'd buy again and I'll probably return it as I already have a Deebot Robot that does a very good job in half the time.

App required, complicated, I'd pass

Why did I wait so long to get a robot vacuum, because I was waiting for this awesome AI Matrix. OUTSTANDING! Love he voice control, love the App, love the ease of emptying and cleaning. I already took one of my girlfriends to get one for her home and she loves it too.
