This is the greatest thing I have bought in a long time. Does much better job than I could ever do and saves my back.

This vac works great. We have a dog that sheds profusely, this vac can handle it. Waste bin is easy to empty.

I love my new Shark Matrix Vacum. It is quite, goes to each room vacums, returns to dock empties it's self. Works great!!

Very Pleased with the quality & performance. My favorite part is that it empties itself & has storage for so many uses.

Gets lost a lot going back to the base and recently it stops about a foot in front of the base and just sits there until the battery dies.

Best ever. Does a fantastic job cleaning. Wasn’t sure at first as it is so quiet but was amazed after a few days.

Works as well as advertised. I had an older model without the self emptying feature. This was very easy to set up as it uses the same phone app.

This is an excellent robot vacuum. Relatively quiet, sel-emptying and the mapping feature works great! Easy to identify specific rooms to vacuum.

Easily one of the worst products I've ever purchased. I can't even begin to list all of the problems I've had. I'm now on my second one (they had to replace the first one because it had so many problems) and I continue to have nothing but problems with it.

I purchased this in December didn't start using until January. I thought it would be great to help with keeping the dog hair picked up. It worked well for about 6 weeks, although it constantly jammed up due to dog hair. Then it started cleaning no more than a 6 x 10 area and usually far less, but I could direct it to a specific room to clean. Then it would leave its dock and redock with no cleaning. After a lot of headaches, I was able to get Shark customer service to work with me and acknowledge there was a computer malfunction in the machine. They sent a replacement body with a new brain, and I had to take the remaining parts off my original one and add them to it, no big deal. Machine worked fine for a few months, but then it started doing selective cleaning. I reduced the area it was supposed to clean and that worked for a few more weeks. Then it went back to only cleaning a small area and redocking. It has continually jammed up with dog hair and then it just started leaving piles of dog hair everywhere it went. I shut the thing off and went back to my regular vacuum. Very disappointed in a somewhat pricey product.
