I spend more time fixing errors than it does cleaning, “dust bin not installed” error number 9 is omnipresent. After checking the web the general consensus is that dough inserted some piece of dirt is preventing the robot to sense the dustbin. A fingernail clipping is enough to create this issue. In my opinion the this robot will work on a “clean” floor, anything else and errors will show up. IMHO the issues are not worth the trouble.

I HATE this thing. For months, I have used it, and there is always an issue with it. It either doesn't clean all the rooms it's programmed to clean, it says "cleaning finished" when it should be charging and finish cleaning when it's charged. it doesn't go over thresholds, and now I'm getting a notification saying that the vacuum is on a cliff it can't get over. It's actually on the dock, and the connections have been checked. It says it's disconnected and is at 60%. It is plugged in but won't run. I bought this to make my life easier. I have MS, and this vacuum is more trouble than it's worth. It's nothing but a source of stress, and I don't need that.

Vacuum does what is advertised and is great at keeping pet hair and dust off of the floors. The only problem is that the battery seems to die very fast when not in eco mode. It is only in eco mode if you individually select it each time. I have been scheduling the bot to clean at 9 am each day, but it is still finishing up when I get home around 6 pm. Anything over 1000 Sq ft, I would recommend getting two.

We love the robot. The mapping took a little while to figure out, but once we did it was ez to clean one room or spot clean. The real problem is customer service. I cannot get into the shark clean app. I have spoken to Shark customer service on four different occasions and have been told their tech department is working on it and I should get an email within a day so. Well so far it has been a week and I still cannot use the app. The robot will clean the whole house but I can't clean a room at a time.

I like it, love that it empties by itself and has a few extra features that my Shark robot did.

Works amazing! The mapping is excellent, it's easy to program and picks up all the cat hair.
